i do understand this is an mmo... there has to be a sense that you're playing with other ppl, but i must join the side that dosent understand how the cross server lfg tool will kill the community. to me, standing around the fleet for an hour or 2 spamming lfg on general chat is gonna kill THE GAME. Without a game i don't think the community stands much of a chance of survival. If you're afraid you might be stuck in a fp with 2 melee dps maybe some kind of filter could be included so group composition can be "controlled" a bit. And to those afraid this might kill the community i suggest you stop using google when you wanna find something and walk down the street shouting what it is your looking for and see how much fun that is... or you might wanna try interacting with other ppl, i mean... there are actual communities out there... i dunnow, guess you might wanna check those out... and if you dont like the lfg tool... dont use it... just dont deprive ppl of what they want simply because you dont want it. I work, i have a GF... i cant spend 2 hours online and just run a FP...

yes, just really need somekind of fp finder... or a more robust lfg function... standing around the fleet spamming dps lfg hm's isnt exactly exciting...

been kiled a couple of times when i accidentally aggro patrolling units in addition to the one's im fighting... besides that... everything is doable without extraordinary gear...

i remember that dude... yea... he was kinda tough... just be carefull you got way tougher fights ahead of you...

well, i take it the guy in the OP is new to mmo's and he's here basically because of the Star wars theme... nothing wrong with that... we all gotta get our cherry popped sometime. Ive finished the story line with both a mara and an immortal jugg... yes, that guy on both ocations is pretty much the toughest fight on the story line. just start popping your cooldowns early, interrupt order should be Disruption, choke, disruption, push, disruption and after that i pretty much had him... maybe your companion isnt adequately geared... i cleared this fight with jaesa wilsaam on both ocations, not because she's the best choice... but because i just wanted to clear everything with my apprentice... btw... after you use push, quickly use saber throw and charge... that should also work as a interrupt... Really hope you try again... after that fight the story gets very cool again, maybe gear up a little better still, when it comes to gear too much is just enough... P.S. your first CD should be saber ward... so you use call on the force early, that refreshes the CD on ward and can use it again... hope this helps

i know it's been said a lot and i don't like repeating stuff, but apparently it's necessary... The best one will be the one you're most comfortable will. when you really understand how your toon is supposed to be played you'll be a good tank/dps/healer... it would be illogical to expect all tanking clases to be just as proficient in all aspects... what would be the sense of having this many classes for that role...? so just enjoy the diversity...

i really hope they find a way around the timer... but i wont complain... i think that when they find a viable option to replace them with they will...

if you wanna socialize... step out of your nerdhole and get some sunlight with some friends... the fact that a dungeon finder is implemented dosent mean you cant start a group manually... simply means i can do something else while i wait 30 mins for a group instead of spamming dps lfhm's...

if u dont wanna wait 3 hours move to a light server... yes... you'll loose a high lvl character that took u a week to get there or a lot of low lvl characters... so what...?
