  3. It's a bug they never fixed. I assume it's because you kill the adds coming out the doors too quickly so your only option is to let them run out to the middle of the room then kill. Next time you get bugged type /stuck and enjoy the cute jail break.

  5. I have tested the Accuracy build, the Alacrity build and I discovered you were right about free casting. High percentage of the time I am freecasting because I always kite away. The alacrity gave me a 1.4 sec less cooldown so I didnt see the point since I always refresh my blazing bolts with sweeping blasters before the whole cooldown anyway. I tested the accuracy and also no difference significant for me to give up power for that. So I now have Crit 38.32% and multiplier at 68.72 using all crit and power equipment like i already had and just augmented everything with Power augs and I see a huge increase in dps with the same amount of crit chances I had before. Thank you everyone for your input, I believe I found my sweet spot!!
  6. Also, someone mentioned our blazing bolts hits yellow damage but I have never seen that. Has any other merc achieve that?
  7. At the moment these are my current stats when I open up my profile. I should note I have Advanced Anodyne Versatile Stim activated with full Exemplar Set. Collected all Datacrons for Empire and maxed out affection for all companions for the extra stats. I also gave them all 14 pieces of Advanced Critical Augment 40. Advanced Versatile Armoring 40X: +152 Mastery +129 Endurance +68 Expertise Rating Advanced Lethal Mod 40X: +121 Mastery +93 Endurance +41 Expertise Rating +103 Power Advanced Adept Enhancement 40X: +83 Endurance +41 Expertise Rating +93 Power +137 Critical Rating ===================================== Ranged Damage (Pri): 2189 - 2754 Damage (Sec): 198 - 367 Bonus Damage: 1530.0 Accuracy: 101.00% Critical: 44.30% Critical Multiplier: 74.69% Tech Bonus Damage: 2257.4 Bonus Healing: 1631.0 Accuracy: 1.1.00% Critical: 44.30% Critical Multiplier: 74.69% Heat Dissipation Rate: 5.1 Alacrity: 3.00% For you experts with math formulas, perhaps you can find where I am wasting my potential more accurately.   9. From what others have said, accuracy can be lowered when the opponent pops an evasion skill, so it is better to not bother with accuracy since even if you spec to highest accuracy you can still miss.

  11. Ahh okay! So would you say I should keep my equipment minmaxed to city and power mod and enhancements and just replace the crit augs for full power? I suppose I can buy new armor and try it out
  12. So I may have misunderstood but I read on the forum or also in game that there might be a cap for crit and alacrity now. When 4.0 first arrived I got the eliminator exemplar gear and min maxed it so that every single augment was crit and that every mod and enhancement was purely crit and power. Now as far as I know, power never caps and I assumed crit didn't either for the new patch. Now I am getting information stating that there are Diminishing Returns on crit and alacrity. Is there a cap on crit I should stop at and replace augs with power overkill augs? I can't remember the specific number but my Arsenal Merc is currently at: Critical Damage 47% Critical Multiplier 75% I can't remember my alacrity but at the moment I don't see myself needing anymore than I currently have. Unless it really helps putting in pressure in warzones. Anyone with an Arsenal merc / commando found the perfect formula for maximum damage for PvP?
  13. I thought crit didn't have a diminishing return and no cap? Is 40% the limit now?
  14. Definitely not the first person. A good cover pulse or jet can land someone up many places.
  15. So I am playing around with carnage and I have to ask, do 14 alacrity augs really hit stronger than 14 critical augs in PvP? What would a fast ravage do compared to a crit ravage? I guess, what I am saying is, if I want the best damage to kill healers in PvP, should I go full crit augs or full alac augs?
