  1. I didn't talk about changes in the tree, right now ap/alacrity is the way to do nearly as much dmg as the others classes. With the alacrity buff , that it will affect gcd as well,(i always thought pre 1.2 it already was like that...) sage can finally use weaken mind too and can faster faceroll instead facerolling twice to surrive and do moderate dmg. Imagine a sage with like 50%+ crit and a strong critdmg like pre 1.2 ull heal over 300k in the end without even hit a healspell once. people underrestimate it i see most builds dont use it (crit 2% heal) and balance have an unbelievable cost of force. If i get ignored i can handle it easy, but if i have 1+ people on me force dissappears so quickly that i find myself running away waiting till i have enough force for my root and so on... I want to mention that nearly every dps class runs aroung with 100% crit buffs.... that's not good... even with higher tears of gear. pre 1.2 it wasn't realy a problem as i know. Again i spoke about the balance tree. And 50%critdmg is given in the tree right now, there is nothing new about that. realy ? more burst ? FiB hit with over 8k... then immediatly a project with additional 4k+ ... show me where TK reach that. more dots ? there is 1 extra tick with telekinetic throw which is great for additinal proc chance for healing but still that's it. With the forcelift nerf, u never can abuse this talent to stun a target, right now u can stun someone 8sec and additonal 2 if u do dmg on him. now ur cast can be interrupted and u don't have the time, dunno how often i killed to people or managed a 1v2 situation by instantly lifting one up, not to think about the fact that it is another range interupt !! balance got more dmg than ever no doubt about that but it will be hard to surrive than ever ! The fact that you sir, ignoring a range interupt makes me wonder if you think about what ur talking. But i totally agree resolve will fill very quickly but still it can be used for so so many things... even huttball if player stands on fire, lift up.. dead.(if u have nothing else rdy! i know other class may do more dmg or got a bmg boost too, but sage is range and he does a lot of damage right now with the buff balance sage will be able to destory whole teams if he get's ignored, maybe one of the best dps class on range and with the great tools for kiteing, los and stuff a high threat like snipers.
  2. ^^ funny fact, every sorc/sage can easy(above 900bdmg) hit with 5k and on pts my sage hits with over 8k with FiB. And ur right, sage is the only class who can farm heal medals solo so i don't care about medals.. u get the 8 medals anyway !
  3. enough ! i'm with my heart and my soul a sage player and can tell you this: Sage/Sorc is imo one of the most underrated class if i'm watching different builds most people using with their sorc/sage i'm not wondering why they are failing. Some players here did already say it, the cass is imo forced to be in the wrong direction. The stats wont work well with the skilltree and in the pve tree are more utilitys and survivabilitys given then in the pvp tree. I'm realy excited about the telekinetic changes in 2.0, but still balance have the most and best burst/dmg/dps as the mid tree. And it didn't change, in fact mid tree relys on procs more than every, time isn't given for that, it's a pve spec, but i'll definatly try it on pts once bolster got a fix... Anyway, look at the seer(heal) tree it's a ridiculous buff in hps!! and survivability. Why got balance nerfd that way ? I want to be able to surrive as a range with skill and timing as i hardly can now but with the nerf of ww it's huge ! sure there shouldn't be a hard combat cc without casttime in the game (like merc have) but still we need something else then. With the ww nerf sage lose another 2sec stun !! and sage lack of cc compared to other classes i mean look what a guardian does with you ^^ The huge dmg boost on sage wasn't rly needed just a little adjustment to more burst like a 30% finisher or something. If ur ignoring the sage his dps will explode. Few words about Force Barrier(the new shield ability), it's awesome, cuz it's another cc breaker this class absolutly needs (think of op stunslocks, or 2smasher on your a**) but as already told, 3min is too long to rely on it. And with alot of anti-root buffs to others classes (*cough* vanguard) root won't be that good as it is right now. I'm not complaining just the balance tree need more survivabilitys. still sage heal will be more op than merc heal, i believe.
  4. That's something that concern me since i came back to swtor and realized snipers can't interupted anymore. I mean why ? There is one scary shot that almost kills everything no matter what and it isn't interuptable except pushback/down (if he doesn't activate the shield) in huttball you can't do anything against them as a meele and as a range (sage for example) you dont have time for this silly sniper.... It's just a joke right now. Anyway when im playing my sage i try to use LoS as best as i can and for example on alderaan they have no chance ok maybe they stun me once or twice if they come to me or something but in the end he/she dies... But still on huttball there is nothing realy to use for LoS and their immobiles are quite long. Even a smasher or stunbubble isn't as annoying as a sniper is. I think it's ok if he have a lot of deffcds cuz he can't realy move but still not interruptable makes him to strong. You can't interupt anything but still u want to interupt his dps phase for once i mean u get 2-3 shot anyway. Without LoS there is nothing you can do and meele are victims that to be said.

  6. funny fact, the super casual won't reach the weekly limit either ^^ ... and new players who start gearing will wait months till they have the same gear as the others players nad get farmed first 1-2 months .... Additionally : ./sign Blizzard showed how it faild.

  8. It wont change, it's a matter of f2p and u can defeat any premade because its 8v8 not 4v8. Anyway that's another problem and have nothing to do with this change of a weekly limit.
  9. Why are we getting a weekly limit for commendations ? I don't know how much the limit will be yet, but i realy dislike this change and new players/50 characters will have a big big disadvantage. With a weekly limit max gearing will have an exact amount of !weeks! to be active instead of hours to play. That means for new players they have to wait x weeks till they can play on a nearly equal gear level as the others. Gear differences will be incredible insane ! Personally i prefer to play on one day like 10 hours and on another 0. With a weekly limit i will also have to play x hours a week to be on the same level as the other players. So with a weekly limit i'm forced to play my ,let's say 10 hours, a week pvp and after i reached the cap i'm "wasteing" my time. Sure i wanna play to maxing my skills but it's a better motivation if u get rewards no matter when or how much u play. I can't see anything good about this change just a nice change for lazy players. If u play a lot u get better and get better gear a weekly limit will destroy this learning curve, it's a fact and also my opinion. What's yours ?
  10. in my opinion it's insane, ill test it asap but 60% DMG ***... and just a 35% dmg reduce ??? people will die faster than it is right now :/ ...
