im sot sure if bug was the better word but i get unplayabe fps in pvp and my fps just random spikes up and down in game.

9500 quad core 2.2 ghz 4 gigs of ram ddr2 6770 AMD HD card vista 32 OS do i need a new rig or can i upgrade or is it some bugs in game since the game just came out? 35-40 in dungeons 30-50 pve 15-35 in towns 5 fps PVP phase areas are 60-70 ive tried everything in posted on forums to help out

well im running 25 or lower FPS atm on low settings i have 9500 quad core 2.2 ghz 4 gig ram 6770 gpu anything i can do make me run smoother?
