So my problem was just that I was Blind as a Bat. I never noticed that panel there. I assumed it would be where the others are. 🤪 It worked. Problem Solved!

I thought I was deactivating the regular Imp Stronghold however I mistakenly deactivated my Vaiken Spacedock Penthouse. How do I reactivate it? When I got to the Drum Kas SH panel on the fleet it only gives an option for that SH and I dont see an option for the Penthouse on the fleet I hope I dont have to rebuy it!

Steps on how to change the default resolution in CRU? I will undo what I did and do that instead. I exported a backup to reset to before I made any changes. Like I said above I had to delete 4096x2160 resolution from "TV Resolutions" and "HDMI supported formats". I can restore the backup and just change the default if you explain a little more

UPDATE: Found the solution. On reddit of all places. I have a temp fix: I had to use CRU to delete a resolution above 3840 x 2160 which was saved the EDID. Both 3840 x 2160 and 4096x2160 were showing as "active" at the same time. I deleted the 4096x2160 resolution from "TV Resolutions" and "HDMI supported formats" now and it works flawlessly. Permanent Long Term Fix: The issue only happened with the HDMI port. Not the Display port. Plugged a 4k monitor this did not happen on into the HDMI port and it happened with it too. Sadly my LG C2 does not have a display port so I was FORCED to use HDMI or I would have just plugged it into my display port and called it a day. I bought a one way directional Display Port 1.4 to HDMI 2.1 adapter for my LG C2. When it arrives I will restore what I deleted and plug the C2 into my Display port on my RTX 4080 instead of the HDMI port.

EDIT: Found out on REDDIT that apparently SWTOR unlike most games reads the Monitor's EDID file instead of what your "active display setting by your GPU". Currently looking for a way around this. Once again in the meantime if you got it working flawlessly please share what you did.

Does anyone play this game on the LG C2 at 4K resolution? I have all the settings correct and the resolution set to 4K. On the LG C2 my characters look squished like extra skinny. I swapped to another 4k monitor and they look perfect then I go back to the LGC 2 and I have the same problem has anyone found a fix for this or know what could be causing it? This only happens in SWTOR though all my other games are perfectly fine and do not experience this issue whatsoever

Yeah even though DirectX often installs with Graphic drivers download it direcrt from Microsoft after your fresh install of Windows and you will need BOTH visual c++ 2009 and 2010 So 3 things in total. Im leaving the thread up so others see it. So they dont have the same issue

FIXED! Got a fix from a FB group from another Ryzen 7000 series user! Since it was a fresh install of windows I needed to download a very specific verson both of visual c++ 2009 and 2010 and DirectX. Both fixed it Its working 😃

I had no problem on windows the exact same verson of 11 on my Ryzen 9 5900x before the hardware change. All I did was change my motherboard, Processsor and graphics card. Also did a fresh install of windows I have no isssues on the same verson of windows 11 on my laptop. its just my desktop Ryzen 7900x desktop with my Rtx 4080

I just built a new rig today. Everything work on it but swtor. It wont lauch. When I click the launch button on the luancher nothing happens. My Rig Ryzen 7900x Rtx 4080 6000mhz g.skill ram I even tried a fresh install. Same problem

UPDATE: Got my answer from someone in game who did it. If you use a skip at all BEFORE completing the "Fractured Alliances" and in turn marring her after the nathema conspiracy FP story it wiped your history with her clean kind of so you have to due ALL story content and chapters up to that point then after you Marry her you can skip to Jedi Under Siege. The 100% safest option though is of course to just play though it all no skips if you want that Lana Relationship Just FYI to anyone interested. Bioware/AE should add an Alliance Alert/Conversation with Lana like with other companions for those already past this point or who dont want to go through all that on every single alt. Thats just my two cents though

To do this go to key bindings. Look under interface section. Remove the M keybind from "toggle Map overlay" and put an M keybind under "Toggle World Map Pane". You will now have the old map like before by hitting M

So I am going to play Knights of the Fallen Empire on an alt just till chapter 9 to romance Lana. So here is my question... If I confirm my relationship with Lana in Ch 9 of FE can I use the onslaught skip on my ship after and still be in a romance with her? or do I HAVE to do "the forgotten world" aka Fractured Alliances also and marry her after the nathema conspiracy? I hope I can use the " onslaught skip" skip on my ship by selecting "Infection Point" on my ship and still be in a relationship with her skipping Fractured Alliances. Anyone able to answer this who has done it? Please dont guess. Id like to know for sure before doing it

The problem is I dont think the devs. They seem to be new at this. This game is based a LOT on repeat content. The older contant does not seem to be tuned for the 7.0 system AT ALL!
