  1. Ah another scathing retort, if you call this PvP as polished as early WoW then I suggest you get your memory looked at. This is NO better than World of Warcraft circa 2004, infact WoW had much better PvP in terms of fluidity and responsiveness. BioWare had time to learn from other's mistakes and glean what they could off of successful elements from other MMOs. That they didn't just shows incompetence. Unfortunatly with your second paragraph your ineptitude at stringing together a coherent point of view is blatent, if you can't express your opinions (even if vastly flawed and un-founded) without throwing your toys from your pram then I will not bother wasting more time on you. Perhaps if you spent more time expressing your opinion, backing up said opinion with both logic and reference rather than insulting people perhaps others will take you seriously. Till then, turrah. (I wont be reading replies!)
  2. No they weren't but you didn't bother reading my post did you? You were so excited to retort you blanked the majority of my post out, if you bothered to read it you would of found that i said these are old games, WoW was release in 2004, it's now 2012. BioWare has had many mainstream MMOs to learn from, to study what went wrong and what failed. For a game that came out late 2011 people expect more than a game released in 2004. And calling people self-entitled whiney brats isn't name calling? Pot kettle black.
  3. What you don't seem to understand is that this is 2012, SWTOR has had COUNTLESS MMOs to study, find out what failed and what went great. They had years of beta to test, tweak and fix things. Not only that but they had open beta and feedback from people playing at conventions. Through all of this the PvP is not more polished than a game made back in 2004 when the MMO scene was in it's infancy and developers didn't have a strong mainstream game to reference. It being young is no excuse at all. Another problem to add to the list is players like you, players that ***** and moan about legitimate complaints coming from a crowd that expect polish, they come from games like Warhammer Online and World of Warcraft and expect the same level of quality if not better and when they dont recieve it they are dissapointed. So my suggestion to you is stop acting like judgemental old fart and learn to except people have different points of view other than your own.
  4. Back in 2004, it's 2012 there's no excuse for it.
  5. Who cares? Not like anyone listens to the "op leader" anyway, he plays no role.
  6. Because the PvP in this game is piss poor, It's unresponsive, repetative, unbalanced and unimagionative. The open world pvp is almost non-existant, Illum is poorly thought out with node-traders. This just isn't a PvP game, it's a PvE-single player cooperative game with PvP tacked on as an afterthought. I already unsub'd and will be waiting for Guild Wars 2 for a real pvp game.
  7. The PvP is pretty crap, only a fanboy or a scrub keyboard turner would enjoy the unresponsive and repetitiveness.
  8. On the left: "HURRR DURRR THIS GAME IS SUXX, DO NOT WANT UNSUB TIME NAO, EVERYONE HAS TO LISTEN TO ME COMPLAIN I JUST CAN'T UNSUB AND LEAVE" On the right:"HURRR DE DUUURRR WOW FANBOYS, BAI BAI, CAN I HAZ GEAR PLZ, I AM WITTY CUZ I REPEAT WHATEVER GARBAGE I HEAR FROM OTHER PEOPLE, THIS GAME IS AWSUM LOLZ" You're all ****.
  9. It's not great, I just cant bring myself to play anymore. WTB Guild Wars 2!
  10. World of Warcraft pre 60 back in 2004. But i have a major nerd ***** for GW2, can't wait.
  11. No It's not worth the subscription fee, the PvP is garbage. WTB GW2.
  12. Connection

    This is PVP?

No, you're right it's not failed. Failed is too light a term for SWTOR pvp.
  13. Poor fanboy, show us where the WoW'ers touched you /pat /pat
  14. I have made that generalisation, why? Because it's true, only fanboys could not see the terrible, tooth-pulling ******** that is SWTOR pvp both in warzones and win-trading Illum
  15. Don't bother, PvP in this game is at best an afterthought. The main idea behind this MMO is the questing and story.
