After you larn the relic and then craft it is it a BoP item you make or BoE. Would be nice if we culd mke these for other people and try to make some money. Same way cybertechs and biocems can off implants and ear pieces

By Campaign relics do you mean the new ones you can buy with daily coms. ? If so how do you get those recipes ?
