  1. Still an issue, just posted a bug report about it and was pointed to this thread. :'(
  2. Oh...thank you for the link and explanation! I'll try to avoid picking up quests as I explore and only pick them up in the cities/camps I'm sent to from now on. I enjoy exploring, so these types of bugs are a bit of a bummer.
  3. In SWTOR version 6.1a on planet Taris for Mission "Taris: Bonus Series", I cannot progress this mission because I've already completed the "Missing Link" Mission for Mola Hextor. Mola shows up as an Exploration Mission Objective on both my Map and MiniMap. Character: "Lolmera" on Satele Shan server. Screenshot.
  4. On version 6.1a, and Catalyst - get infected by a Rakghoul.... bug from 2013 is still an issue. :'(
  5. Just had this same issue today. A mission reset fixed it for me. I don't know if the big guy or one of the little grey ones infected me, but I was infected on my next fight after the reset. I had accepted the mission, then logged out for the evening to resume it the next day. Perhaps it's the logging out after being on the mission that triggers the bug? Still an issue seven years later... :'( Posted a link to this in the bug reports section.
  6. Thank you, I will give that a try if there's no proper solution, but this just disables UAC, or rather it starts SWTOR via an already trusted app (schtasks.exe) as an Administrator, which I mentioned is something I don't want to do.
  7. For those still looking to play SWTOR on OS X (Mac), there's an up-to-date guide posted at for using PlayOnMac/WINE on OS X.
  8. Hey all, new user here and I'm having some trouble with SWTOR constantly asking for UAC permissions (see http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=48235 from 2011! ). None of the acceptable (e.g. not disabling UAC and not installing some DLL hack, see https://gaming.stackexchange.com/questions/42747/how-do-i-stop-the-launcher-bringing-up-the-uac-prompt-every-time from 8 years ago for these examples) fixes from that thread work. I'm currently on Windows 10 version 1909. What's the proper and correct fix for this, since Bioware/EA doesn't seem interested in updating their launcher to support OS changes over a decade ago (Windows Vista was released back in 2006/7 with UAC)?
