If i remember correctly I believe Zealous Leap/Obliterate can bypass cover. Force charge/leap cant bypass it though

Something I've never understood is people constantly saying that the Jedi of the Prequel Trilogies, are the best duelists and force users in history simply because George Lucas has stated that is the Golden Age of Jedi. Golden age can mean a couple different things. It could mean, as many people say, that the Jedi of this time are indeed the strongest in the history of the Jedi; however, it could also mean that it was a time of peace, prosperity, and enlightenment. This could simply mean that the Jedi of this time were the most knowledgeable/wisest or that this was time when fighting was not necessary. Either way, that is something that is open to debate. I just wonder why people are so quick to say someones opinion is wrong by using something that is completely opinionated. "The Golden Age of Jedi" can be interpreted several ways. Just because you say that blah blah blah Jedi is stronger than blah blah blah Jedi simply because Jedi 1 was in the "Golden Age" doesn't make you right. Yes, George Lucas did state that the Golden Age was in the Prequel Trilogies. He did not say that they were strongest Jedi of all time. If you wanna say that Obi-wan Kenobi is stronger then Revan because he resided in the Golden Age and Revan did not, that is not canon. That is your opinion of George Lucas' use of Golden Age. However, if you wanna say the Obi-wan was stronger because he was one of the greatest masters of Soresu, then you are using facts that are canonly accurate and we can debate about it (just to be clear, I'm not saying Revan is better than Kenobi, just using it as an example.) All I'm trying to say in this thread is, stop saying something is a fact based off of something that can be taken two different ways. All it does is discourage peoples opinions and doesn't allow people to stop and think maybe they have a point there. note I have not until recently started researching the lore of the Star Wars universe so if anything in this topic is not true just let me know. This is just my opinion based off of many topics i've seen posted on this section of the forums. I do want to learn more about the canon of star wars so if I'm wrong about something please inform me so I know that what I'm saying is factually wrong.

The lag/graphical issues make no sense to me. I play on a very crappy laptop not designed for gaming. Depending on the day i get some lag, a lot of lag, or no lag at all. At the same time I have friends who are getting a ton of lag at all times of the day who have computers designed to play these types of games. The thing I dont understand is where the lag is coming from. It can't be server side or else Id be having the same issues and it cant be my friends computer because his computer is better than mine. Not a gamebreaker in my eyes, just something that confuses me

Just to be clear, are you dying from fall damage or just dying with no explanation because our guild found out you cant die from falling off. It will just teleport you back to the top, and you can continue on your merry way.

I dont know if this is the worst, but its definitely one of the biggest mistakes Lucas made between prequel and original. In RotJ, Luke asks Leia what she remembers of her mother. She says that she doesnt remember much about her because she died when she was very young, but that she was sad. How would she remember Padme if she died minutes after Leia was born? She also couldnt be talking about Breha Organa, her adoptive mother, because she didnt die until the destruction of Alderaan. Just something I've always found strange

This is my take on the matter. I don't think the idea of Advance Class Respec is the worst idea in the world, but only if used the right way. I think the only way it would work without a lot of people getting overly upset would be to limit it until you hit level 20. To me this is really the last stop before someone realizes if they like a specific class or not, and giving them the option to switch will save someone from having to redo 30 levels and give them time to be able to learn new class mechanics. This will stop people from being able to ninja loot gear in HM Flashpoints to use for their Sentinel build or what not. Also, OP, hear me out for just a minute. Allowing people to be able to switch advanced classes whenever they want will most likely break the game. If Bioware allowed something like this to happen about 50% of people would switch their classes right away to whichever of the two classes was more powerful leaving a lot of classes severely unused and unwanted. Also, if the only reason you want this is to have is to switch to the more powerful of the 2 advanced classes, you need to realize this. Having the more powerful of the two advanced classes will not guarantee you success. More likely then not Bioware will nerf powertechs when 1.4 comes out, and you'll be right back here complaining about how you want your merc back. So maybe try to learn to deal with it. Oh, and also remember its just a game.

They're not saying they don't have the ability to have all the servers up. They're saying that its not profitable to keep those servers up. If you want to complain about having to change the name of you character, fine. I dont agree with you but whatever. However, don't complain when we don't have content for another 6 months because 5% of the subs complained about having to change their names.

This hasn't happened to me very much. Sometimes I get the occasional "can i need this for my companion" and stuff similar, but usually I don't give much thought to it. The one and only time I have ever ignored someone was when I was running HM LI with a PuG with my Healing Commando. We started off fine until we got to LR-5 where we proceeded to die over and over and over again. This jerk kept telling me what to do and giving me tips and advice to improve my DPS (even though i was a healer). I kept telling him over and over again that I was the healer for the group, and the other dps was agreeing with me telling him that I was the healer. The guy for some reason isnt looking at any of our responses, and keeps getting more and more pissed until he proceeds to kick me out of the group. So i end up getting kicked cuz the tank was one of his buddies, but the other dps whispered me and told me that she was sorry it happened. Besides that I haven't run into too many jerks while playing
