it doesnt work that way in raids....there is no need/greed...it just loots it to whoever it wants to

i have the 2 piece set bonus and i am specced to make my force stasis instant and not need to be channeled but when i equip my pvp gear for the 2 piece bonus which increases the duration of force stasis i have to channel it..is that broken?

woke up today and logged on to do my ilum daily/weekly and i can't cap anything. The whole place is bugged. More problems from the bioware camp.
