Geeze, all this stuff would be great IF you can log into your account to play! Would be even better IF you could play your main! Stupid ****in game!

HAHAHAHA I agree with the OP, he's paying for a service and at the LEAST he should be notified when that service will not be available to him, it's just the right thing to do. For those that want a "hamburger" analogy....So you go to Burger Junk and order a Hamburger, ask them NOT to put cheese on it, say please and PAY for a Hamburger w/o cheese (which btw is the definition of HAMBURGER as opposed to CHEESEburger) When you get that hamburger home and open it, it has cheese on it, so you call Burger Junk and tell them what happened and they say......NOTHING, they hang up, just leave with that crappy burger that you didn't ask for, nor did you want it......when is the next time that you visit Burger Junk?? I don't believe that BW has any interest in this game making money, they can't, they won't fix any issues, they just "hang up" on the people with problems, I'm guessing from the BW defenders it's because we are few and far between.....(SW Galaxies).....the "few people that have problems with BW are just left addressed! To bad, I was kinda enjoying this game, but I can't continue to pay for cheese that I don't want or like!

Yeah it MY computer...you all have to understand that I have two accounts in this house, that means two computers and I promise you that the computers are not the same. I guess I should just start posting "realistic computer builds to play this game" posts with prices for a build your own computer, or a similar system from Alien-ware or the like and just say MY computer is the problem...I guess I should go out and spend $2500 for a computer JUST TO PLAY THIS GAME???????????? Totally unrealistic expectations. I've been playing this game since BETA and have made upgrades to my computer as need IE overheating problems, made corrections to my firewall, my router, my settings..there really is no excuse for this game to play this poorly. And if I can't play this game with the same computer that I played WOW with???? ( I never played WOW btw) That is like what 2.5 MILLION people that can't play this game?? Not an excuse I love the story, I love the writing and the "pretty pictures" BUT I have to be able to actually play THIS game and having to build an expensive computer to plaay this game takes it out of the "anyone" can play this game realm.

I was doing a mission with 2 other players......2 of us "crashed" out at the exact same time, when the 2 of us got back into the game, the 3rd player crashed out....when he got back into the game, the first 2 of us got kicked out of the mission and had to start from the beginning. Now crashing every once in awhile doesn't bother me, but spending 30-45 minutes just "trying" to play, now that bothers me. BTW the update done on 1/28 WAS NOT ON TUESDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so quit trying to defend the junk.......A LOT of people in EUROPE said the YUGO was a good car....

oh geezzzuuuss kriest...have you even looked at the 13 stickies in the customer service forums and 20-50 A DAY popping up.....at least the TWO guys that work at BEware haven't had any issues!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what a bunch of crap!! Just figured I'd save at least one person the $$ it takes to download 25 gigs of broken junk......btw if an OS (vista) performed as bad as this game.......it would be WORLD WIDE NEWS!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know, maybe I am a troll, but I'm...trying.....to play this game, my wife is ....trying...to play this game, it just sucks that we lag out so bad, crash during missions, get kicked out of missions in the middle of fighting.....IT IS JUST FRUSTRATING.........I'd love to just get my $$ back and be done with it. Maybe next year it will be a good game to PLAY! Yes the story is awesome...yes being a JEDI or SMUGGLER is awesome, but I just can't enjoy fighting the GAME and not fighting MOBS or doing missions........OH and by the way, the update every week on random days........that has to stop to.

I've been playing since Beta, and I'll tell you.......BUGS BUGS BUGS and LAG LAG LAG, you crash out in the middle of class missions, if you didn't pay at least $2500 for your computer it's not good enough, if your Internet isn't T-111 (like who has that) you'll lag to the point that you can't turn right.......Customer support don't care, but what the hell it'll only cost you $70 + $15 per month......or $250 for the next twelve months of frustration with this game....I say just don't do it......find a better game to play....even WOW and the Pandas have got to be better than this............... Hey I'm just the sucker that paid for this junk twice......BIOWARE will not get me to buy a game from them aver again!!!!!!!!!!!
