  1. I decided to play again after being away awhile, moved to The Harbinger server. There was 150 people on the republic fleet and 30 people on the odessen site area. While having to pay to transfer the characters was a little bit of a slap in the face, and lost some of the dyes/character looks because those aren't transferable if you're looking to play with other people you might as well bite the bullet and move to that server. Started playing off and on two years ago approximately and have never seen those number counts on the Bastion. When i initially logged into the Bastion there was like 1 other person this time around....

    =(

So I came back after not playing for a couple months and my graphics look like complete crap, what gives? Anyone know any tricks? It's like I'm missing texture files or something, get this bland non detailed textures....and it wasn't like that before.
  3. I don't think the video posted is from the same day/experience I had because my experience had like circa 10 sith and about 20-30 jedi players and it was a lot more back and forth, you guys seemed to have only about 3-5 guys and looked like more of a sith slaughter of the jedi lol... and the fighting I experienced was outside the palace... Still a good video, shows what planet fight could be like....imagine if the number of players on each side where 3x-4x times larger....
  4. So on the Bastion server yesterday 11/6/15 @ about 11:55 cst and logged on to Coruscant in the area underground from the Senate Politics Palace (vendor area). I couldn't understand when I logged on the planet was shaking. It was just like I was Hahn/Leia on Hoth in the empire strikes back, screen tilting/jittering. i thought to myself are we being bombarded? That's really odd.... So I eventually run up the stairs and did a complete *** double take. What do I find, a massive Sith verse Jedi battle going on in front of the palace. Red sabers spinning against green and blue, cross fire shots from smugglers/commandos everywhere. Noobs just trying desperately to get to their ships. The jedi were being bombarded!!!! It was almost like the intro video, at least that's what it felt like. I don't recall ever seeing a Sith on Coruscant, and with my pvp always on I lose track of which areas are supposed to allow sith/jedi and which aren't (not to mention a lot of times there are only npc's on planets), but anyhow, somehow they were teleporting in, and in mass. For a long story short, word got our what was happening and more jedi/commandos showed up to help eradicate the incursion/attack and the sith were pushed back from the palace area past the ship docks to the point they were gone. I was thinking that a mobile fleet and some planet to planet communication would be pretty cool. The mobile fleet would serve as a staging point to load in as a group... and a planet communication objective that someone could initiate as long as it wasn't in enemies hands.... One could even then tie in the starship feature (lost your drop zone, the defending side can then launch a starship attack on the mobile fleet to reset a "mass attack timer" /capabilities of the attacking side). On planet objectives could provide stat bonuses for the owning side that last x amount of time, to give incentive to mass attack the other sides objectives/locations. And on the mobile fleet, and your starship expand the galaxy map giving the war outlook or what com links are offline (this would only be useful if there was more then one objective on a planet, so one wouldn't know how bad a situation was if they didn't have the com links up)? I wish I had snapped pictures, it was pretty cool, and quite unexpected. Sorry if words didn't convey coolness. I suppose in some ways there is already the capabilities to mass attack, just wish see it more often... but I suppose if it happened all the time it would get annoying....
  5. Try the global trade network or even some shops. I was able to find some for sale by a NPC for $10 a vile or something along those lines. But ya, it is a little annoying when i get something else instead of what the text says. I have like 80 of that other stuff, trying to figure out if I can turn it into the fibrous nylite solution. I'm going to visit a couple of planets to see if the skill crew trainers teach you how to convert it or something. The fleet trainer didnt offer anything, but when I went to Coruscant there was a crap load of skill options. Made me so mad, thought the hole point of the fleet trainers etc was to make the game more travel friendly. The other maddening thing was that the crew trainers on Coruscant were really easy to miss. They're underground from the palace and you find them in a roundabout way by going up/down some ramps. Hope that is a temp solution for you.
