  1. I do not think for an instant that I should have asked for a day back from customer support. Personally. I don't give a flying #$%@#%%#@%#^^@. If the announced the down time. I personally believe, even if you announce down time, PEOPLE THAT PAY SHOULD BE COMPENSATED.
  2. I made my money back today. I would sooner take a permanent ban before putting my ideals on the line. If every sub had a spine, maybe they would treat use better than the people that buy Cartel Coins.
  3. I'll get my money back one way or another. There is a dollar amount placed on CS. And come 9am eastern I will cost them more then I spent
  4. Forgive me if I am not wealth or in game elite. I have paid for something that for months, and years, that has been given out for free. I do not think that for a moment that asking for 1 day of game time is unreasonable.
  5. I am not a child of wealthy parents that spends allowance money on Cartel Coins. I am a STAR WARS fan.
  6. They would give me my day back because I WAS A LOYAL SUBSCRIBER. I was someone that paid to play this game. And EVERYONE that subscribes deserves the same compensation.
  7. In my state it only $40 to make a claim in the lower courts. If I win my dispute with the case, the defendant has to pay the court costs. Personally, in the end it costs me nothing, but SWTOR has to pay someone to go and present a defense. AND PAY court costs. Thanks. A former customer.
  8. I don't give a flying pig what they said. They took the game offline during prime hours with nothing in return for those that paid to play the game. 1 DAY of compensation for subscribers across the board would cost less then making long term subs quit. Like me.
  9. I got my satisfaction today. Even "if" the outsourced call centers only get $0.25 per hour, I made my money back plus some. Don't piss off your subscribers. One day you won't have any left.
  10. F#$% the game developers if they won't give back to those that give to them. I was just getting back into playing the game even though I paid for months of game time I never willingly used. AND on one motherf@#$ing day I did want want to play, I could not because of incompetence on part of their end. I would sooner eat broken glass before I play this game again.
  11. I would rather be petty than wrong. Even though it's a a small issue, I want my 12 hours of game time that I paid for back. And I am so stubborn that I cancelled my sub until I get it back. Nice to be a Founder. Sad to be an Ender.
  12. Regardless of announcements, if they want to keep the people paying, they have to give them a reason to pay. Taking the game offline in prime USA hours (MORE THAN ONE OR TWO OR THREE) and not giving the people that pay them to do this, something in the way of lost game time is reprehensible. I don't wan't CCs. I want a day back.
