  1. Farmed all 248 gear, and crafted all 236 augs within few hours of play, and took me 2, two weeklies. ON JUST ONE CHARACTER. That is something stupid tho. The 4.0 didnt had such easy gearing up system.. 3.0 and pre 3.0 times, please come back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  2. With the ease of acquiring gear in 4.0 PVE guilds were starting to shrink. With 5.0 they nearly gone. Only a handfull of proper guilds are on each server (BOTH REP AND IMP COMBINED)
  3. grinding cxp i would rather play another toon and get proper rewards for doing proper operations once again than grind Black Talon for cxp..... And for people that will say "But im story player, how ill be able to get top notch gear?" You wont. Thats how it should work. When i was playing 2.0 and DF / DP Nims came out and when i saw someone with top gear (186 rating) i was saying to my friends, yea that guy kicks *** in PVE.
  4. And that made people lazy and we demanded even easier way to get gear.. now lets get back to the start of cxp madness. It was meant to take things slower. But the way it wanted us to slow down was destructive. The game should take a different step. BW should first adress issue with loot table and still existing nims (master mode now) and absence of those in newest operations. bringing back 3 tiers of diff would be great. 1st, story, no gear rewards. 2nd vet mode (way harder than current story, but bit, juts tiny bit easier than current hm) hard stuff with basic gear from vendor, easier with gear from lets say, master fp/ups and 3rd tier, master mode. True challange that would grant you with best goodies. 2nd thing would be a removing GEAR from PVP at all, and leaving gear for PVE folks only. This would remove that silly gear chase for PVP folks. Also, leaving expertise in game would be fun for open world pvp. In the way it was before it was removed. Few tiers lower gear with lots of pvp stat. possible to do open world pve and nuke in open world pvp. Oh and the best thing would be to remove the legacy gear tbh. THIS IS THE TRUE REASON WHY EVERYBODY IS GEARING SO FAST. They dress one toon then abuse legacy gear and lockouts. Yes, that is the main cause of super fast gearing in SWTOR.
  5. Do you seriously think that people with ~20 characters are jumping on all toons to unlock stuff? unlocking things by using legacy gear is a margin. imo all this collection unlock is bs. That should be totally free for us.

I didnt even knew about that and i made this post that hovers about greater thing to discuss. http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=926945 Seriously, the unlock in collections and crates are seriously stupid. I would also add a complementary sub reward and redo the ref a friend system so it would not grant cm points. This would make things simpler and i bet bigger income. But it would also require better content ;D Its a win win win scenario.
  7. That is just loads of crap. R7 is targated for gaming AND semipro use. BUT Mostly gaming. And, RYZEN overall drivers are already fixed. Market and devs need to addapt to it (two sided sword, AMD did its job, time for rest of the market (developers of programs in general)
  8. Since we are seeing lots of changes (nearly all are positive for nearly all swtor players) i wonder if its possible for devs to get rid of some RNG from game. The biggest issue with most present games is RNG. Mysterious loot from boxex, boxex within boxex etc. Can BW stand against it? Removing silly packs from cartel market, making most valuable stuff for direct sale (mostly armors, mounts and weapons) and no collection unlock fee. The most epic, mostly desirable stuff (like revans armors etc) Rest would be world drop and or craftable. Dyes, crystals, and most decos would be drop or craftable. Yet, also available in CM for direct sale at the same time! Schematics for those "new" things would be obtainable by fullfilling achivements, or quests, or also world drops. This would bring a greater move to crafting, and could bring more people to game. Lets face it, crafting in SWTOR is not a thing that most people would like to see. Meanwhile there are lots of people that like to play as crafter in MMO. Also, people are turning over from those silly money sinks gabling crap called crates in nearly most games. This would also bring people to the game since it would be RNGfestation free!

  10. I advice You to ask people in game. Tons of gtx 970, GTX 1060 and GTX 1070. Lots of RX 470/480 or R9 280/290 and r9 300 series. And i dont know how many GTX 1080 cards. CPUs? Quad core icore intel from gen 2 to newest (mostly newer) are a great general rule in i7 or i5 variants. Quite a lot overclocked (Several Ryzen builds are in use i bet). And just handfull of older systems like first gen icore, or Core2quad or duo. Bit of Fermi cards, some older AMD cards like HD7000. But there are just few of systems like those. I havent heared of anyone playing SWTOR that would use hardware that cant use dx11/dx12. Lots of laptop machines, that are also based on newer hardware. Now we all know how low on performance are laptops in most cases. Updating the game to finally be able to use newer hardware features would help all those laptop gamers and MORE! ?
  11. Devs, do you plan on doing any MAJOR changes to the game performance/looks? Game engine updates/changes? And 2nd question, do you plan on opening swtor for addons?
  12. My 2 cents. I will say what i have said in original thread. Focus on major story this time. Do it fully, greatly, and make it epic. Leave companions as a side stuff this time.
  13. The biggest issue kotfe has is just one thing, it was dull because of "returning companions". No jokes. Atleast for me. If you had more resource and time to put all MAJOR story about Valkorion in to one storyline, in one expansion, it would be much better. Returning companions would work great if their quests were side story, story arcs etc. This would be a damn great expansion if delivered all at once. Was always saying to friends that if BW released all the story in 4.0 it would be a greater expansion than SOR (story wise). BTW, Revan was always saying that true sith are hiding, so i was greatly disapointed seeing Zakuul filled with humans, not pure bloods.
  14. Now with more things said, i see that viru will be a true sustained dps and the target dps for 5.0 is below 10k Cant wait to see what you are planning to do with madness sorc/balance sage.
