  1. I noticed that the guild log does not sort correctly when sorted by date. It sorts by month first instead of year. So, 12/31/2018 is the last/first in the list. Or 01/01/2019 is the first/last in the list, with other later dates following after that. It should be sorted by year, month, and then day.
  2. RADIANT PRAXEUM ***This is a brand new guild. While we have an application process, detailed below, we are accepting new members and allowing some flexibility in that process as we get set up. Once the guild is up and running, this process will go into full effect. The website is approximately 60% done. The Jedi side is almost done and the Republic military is being worked on. Feel free to check the website out or contact any of the recruiters with questions about the guild. Once the website is complete, there will be scheduled events on the various worlds around the game.*** For the Radiant Praxeum website, click here. Since the dawn of the Republic, the Jedi Order has been guardians of civilization and defenders of peace and justice. As the Sith Empire returned from the shadows, the Republic and Jedi Order have stood side by side to face an old and dangerous foe. Through many battles, the war never ended until the Eternal Empire joined the fray and crushed the Republic and the Sith Empire. Following the end of the war with the Eternal Empire, the Jedi Order sought to rebuild their depleted numbers with many smaller enclaves around the galaxy. The Republic worked to rebuild their military and their influence across the galaxy through several military actions. A small group of Jedi and Republic military traveled to Ossus to assist a small colony in various missions around the old Jedi world. Seeing the good the colony was doing, the Jedi and Republic military formed a group that would be known as the Radiant Praxeum. For the Jedi, they would continue their focus on training young Jedi and be the defenders they were always meant to be. For the Republic military, they would work to become an elite force though training and working alongside their Jedi friends. They all knew that one day they would be needed when all out war returned to the galaxy. As the scars of the Eternal Empire war start to heal, the old foe, the Sith Empire, stirs once again. The Radiant Praxeum stand ready to face their old enemy once again as the embers of war spark once more. What is the Radiant Praxeum? The Radiant Praxeum is a role playing guild on the Star Forge server that focuses on Jedi and Republic forces. We role play in the year 23 ATC, following the events of the Nathema Conspiracy. We follow the story line of the Eternal Alliance joining the Republic on Iokath. For more information, see here. Be aware that there are spoilers in that link. For the Jedi role players, the Radiant Praxeum focuses on traditional Jedi, training the next generation of Jedi, working along side the Republic military, and having adventures around the galaxy. There is a master/padawan system for anyone who seeks to start as a padawan and work their way up the Jedi ranks. For the Republic forces role players, the Radiant Praxeum focuses on training for the Republic military, working along side the Jedi, and having adventures around the galaxy. There will be weekly events set up and run by the members of the Radiant Praxeum. The Radiant Praxeum is involved in all aspects of Star Wars: The Old Republic. We also encourage all our members to get involved in all aspects of the game. Our aim to have the Radiant Praxeum as a family friendly guild. We expect all our members to be respectful towards everyone in the guild and everyone who is not in the guild. We encourage random role play, so feel free to walk up to any Radiant Praxeum member and start role playing. All events that are hosted by the Radiant Praxeum are open to everyone. Application Process These items listed below do not need to be completed in the order they are listed. To become a full member of the Radiant Praxeum, all of the items will need to be completed within two weeks unless the applicant seeks more time. Join the guild in Star Wars: The Old Republic. Any member of the Council or Recruiter can invite into the guild. Set up and complete an in character interview. This can be completed by the Council. Join our Discord server. While we do not require voice chat, our discord server will hold valuable information such as event times and location. Fill out the application on the Radiant Praxeum website and have it accepted by the Council. Create a character dossier and have it approved by the Council. 3. There are many titles that players would like to see added, specifically the titles that never made it to launch. Dulfy's site has a long list of titles that were achievable during Beta, but not after launch of the game. Dulfy: Title Guide Role players would like to see even more titles added or allowed to be gained. While the "Jedi" title is only obtainable to characters that are Consular, allowing Knight characters to gain the title would benefit role players. "General" title was only obtainable for a Dark side Knight in Beta, however, most military and Jedi role players would be interested in gaining this title. There are many titles that players would like to see added, and some recent threads written on those. There are a few ways these titles and others could be added to be obtainable, depending on how much time and resources that could be used. The easiest method would be to add them to an existing vendor. The light and dark side vendors were added over a year ago, most players have all or most of the items that are for sale. Adding the titles to these vendors would give players more reason to gather the light and dark side tokens. A more complex method, and slow how fast players could get these titles, would be to add reputation track to each planet and tie that reputation to a new or old vendor on the fleet, like the light side or dark side vendor. For each planet, once a player has reached a certain rank, they would have access to buy certain titles, or other items that players have wanted to see added or reintroduced back into the game. For example, on Tython, once a player has reached the middle rank, the title of "Jedi" or another could be purchased from the vendor using light side or dark side tokens. At the highest rank, the title of "General" or "of the Jedi Council" could be purchased. This could be done with every planet that currently doesn't have a reputation track. Adding a reputation item to the drop tables per planet would need to be added. The most challenging method to add titles would be to have the players speak to various NPCs on a planet to unlock the titles. This would require voice acting or KOTOR type choices. The amount of NPCs a player would require to talk to could vary on the more difficult titles to achieve.
  4. We've grown some, but more growth to go! Our first role play small event is coming soon!
  5. THE BEACON OF HOPE The Beacon of Hope is finally ready to open our doors again! The guild has been redesigned to be a Jedi role playing guild. Since we just started to recruit, our numbers are very low. If you are interested in being part of the Beacon of Hope, feel free to check out the website and put forth an application! For the Beacon of Hope website, click here. For the Beacon of Hope forums, click here! For generations, the Jedi Order has been the guardians of civilization and the defenders of peace and justice throughout the Republic. Following the return of the Sith Empire, the Jedi Order stood against their old foes. However, during this age old struggle, a new enemy appeared and crushed the Jedi Order, the Republic and the Sith Empire. After surviving the new wars with new enemies, the Jedi Order looks to rebuild after their numbers were greatly reduced. But the Jedi Order's old foe, the Sith Empire still lurks in the darkness, ready to strike back again. The galaxy needed hope once more and to see the light through the darkness. The Beacon of Hope was reborn. Many Jedi within the Beacon of Hope lost their lives and returned to the Force due to the wars. Jedi Master Othone, with approval of the Jedi Order High Council, sought to rebuild the Beacon of Hope to be that light in the darkness. The Beacon of Hope, an enclave within the Jedi Order, has several goals. Their main goal is to find young force users and train them in the ways of the traditional Jedi. They will stand against any darkness that tries to harm the people of the Republic and the galaxy. What is the Beacon of Hope? The focus of the Beacon of Hope is a role playing guild as traditional Jedi, training the next generation of Jedi, and having adventures around the galaxy. The Beacon of Hope has a master/padawan system ready to go for anyone who seeks to start as a padawan and work their way up the Jedi ranks. There will be weekly events set up and run by the members of the Beacon of Hope. The Beacon of Hope is involved in all aspects of Star Wars: The Old Republic. We also encourage all our members to get involved in all aspects of the game. Our aim to have the Beacon of Hope as a family friendly guild. We expect all our members to be respectful towards everyone in the guild and everyone who is not in the guild. We encourage random role play, so feel free to walk up to any Beacon of Hope member and start role playing. All events that are hosted by the Beacon of Hope are open to everyone, regardless of guild tag. History: The Beacon of Hope was started in Star Wars Galaxies. When the game announced its closing, the Beacon of Hope was brought into Star Wars: The Old Republic. The Beacon of Hope was located on the Ebon Hawk server before the server mergers. It is now located on the Star Forge server. The Beacon of Hope will always focus on quality role play. This guild was rebuilt by Othone and McCay starting in December 2017. 9. Suggestion: When the engineering room is unlocked, allow guilds to access the engine room that can be seen from the engineering room. For the Imperial engine room, it appears to be an exact copy that we've seen in various missions and flashpoints and has a door directly into that area. For the Republic engine room, allow the elevator to take people down to that room once it is unlocked or add another terminal or door with a clickable to go down there. That room has a lot of untapped potential for role players and those who like the look of the room.
