  1. A bit surprised this thread got no replies, but I suppose they do have a bit more important things to worry about currently.
  2. Yeah man, if they had a LFG system, and server merges I think everything would be great and it would definitely discourage a loss of subscriptions if people were actually able to group and play with other people, if they had kept up on top of this the whole time, watching the server pops and making the necessary tools for a modern MMO they would not have lost many people I feel.
  3. I absolutely love the game. The only thing I do not like is the lack of players, or ability to play group content because of said lack. I am currently 48, and have not done a flashpoint since level 32 because I have not been able to find other players to do this with. I definitely have spent time on the fleet spamming as well, so it is not like I have not tried. We need more tools, and server merges, otherwise I and many people are just going to lose interest in a game that is extremely great and fun, but is starting to feel like a single player game when it is supposed to be focused on group play and "community".
  4. Many new upcoming games are including very interesting smart phone integration, can we expect the same from swtor in the future? Very neat things from Guild Wars I saw before were the ability to actually do some quests via the app, as well as chat with friends / guild, as well as in a way watch your guild if they are in a raid via a map top view sort of setup and see what items dropped and things like that. I really hope we can see some things like that in SWTOR... as well as some server merges, transfers, cross faction queues and LFG... but that is a different situation all together. Any thoughts on mobile integration? I would love to see it.
  5. I really like the chest piece that my companion has and when he has no headgear on it has a nice hood that looks pretty sweet, but then when I put on the head piece it makes the hood go away, and then makes him bald. Are we ever going to have the option to be able to do this?
  6. It never once occurred to them, in all their planning and all the time and effort put in to the game that one day, and probably sooner then later, people are going to want to change servers? Stuff like that should have been built as a core part of the game, and have other things built around those abilities and features instead of trying to just tack it on at the end.
  7. This whole "losing community" mess is nonsense. There is no community to worry about losing to begin with. "Building community" is not supposed to be done by making people sit in a 30 minute queue so that they can talk in general. I pay to PLAY the game, not sit and talk with people. I am all for server merges and cross-server queuing. It is the only reason I played WoW for as many years as I did.
  8. Server transfers are only going to take dead servers and make them more dead. Just let people know that a server is going down in X amount of days and let them select a server to transfer to or something along those lines, and if they do not select one by the deadline, they are auto moved to a default or random server.
  9. No, I love world pvp also, servers merges are definitely necessary. There is always a rush of people at the start and full servers, then people get back to work, and some people quit, so it goes down by a good amount. They need to do a good few server merges or people are going to just get bored of feeling like they are playing a single player game. I want to see lots of people out and about, so we can group, pvp, talk trash and what not. I agree yes cross server queueing and a LFG tool would help with getting groups, but is not the only thing needed.
  10. I think its about time for this to happen. Server populations is getting ridiculously low. I will find it hard to justify playing with out a cross realm LFG, let alone not having anyone on my own server to try and group with. What is going to be done about this Bioware?
  11. Destroy community in game? lol, what community? Servers are dead. The LFG tool would be the only way for many people to do anything at all. Especially lower level people and peoples alts.
  12. I am quite tired of having the game crash or getting disconnected, only to have to come back to a 40 minute queue on my server. If I am in the middle of a flash point or doing something and I have already waited in the queue, it would sure be nice if it held my spot, even if just for 5 minutes so I can get back on. 15 minutes would be nice. I cant imagine it would be that difficult, as every single other mmo (lots) i have played have this.
  13. Actually, its one of the only reasons i kept playing as long as I did...
  14. You are obviously an idiot. Crying about a 25 minute queue at launch. You have any idea how many hundreds of thousands of people have been waiting for this game for years? You think 25 minutes is bad? .. lol. I applaud bioware for such a smooth launch. Ever since early access I have not experienced one single crash, bug, error, or anything at all except smooth and amazing game play. If you think this is bad you need to go take a walk.
  15. Queue queue some more? Welcome to the launch of a AAA game. It happens. Dont like it? Go to bed.
