  1. 1. Jedi Sage 2. Travel to Tram Market, when I arrive I do not get the automated conversation started and I am not able to click on the bystander there to manually start the conversation. I made a quest reset, and now quest can't continue due to automated conversation wont activate at Tram Market.
  2. Quest: Chapter VII: The Lady of Sorrows Quest Stage: Travel to the Tram Market Class: Jedi Sage Issue: Did a quest reset, and now quest will not advance when at purple quest-marker zone (Tram Market Contact) in Tram Market. I have tried to manually reset quest and nothing works! When quest work as intended companion "Senya Tirall" will initiate a dialog. A quick solution to this issue would be for the developers to make the "Bystander NPC" near gamble table a "manual trigger" to advance quest.
  3. Warhammer Online did okay too... Who cares how much they're selling. What matters is how many are going to continue playing. That we will see shortly.
  4. Reminds me of alliance vs horde. There will always be a problem and even with "warzones", and open world pvp zones, nagrand comes to mind, the problem drastically increases. In the end they have to put locks on the zones and only allow x amount of players in for a timed fight. Repeat that every 30-60 minutes. It's the only way to balance the faction imbalance. At that point it doesn't matter if the other faction got way more players. <edit> A solution is to skip the ridiculous lore when it comes to grouping for PvP/PvE. Just allow a merge of the factions, it would solve everything.
  5. You may run into some people in the world, or you group. Mostly mmos are a game with a large chat room. Even the biggest game can feel lonely in certain areas. We can thank levels for that. It's a poor concept and really needs to be put down. The levels had their run, time to change to something new and fresh.
  6. Makes me think about m&b, minecraft etc, what potential they have yet they never really tap into it.
  7. Haha, i played quite a bit for 3-4 weeks. I have a lot of problems in the game, but i found the forum far more interesting to spend the last few days before subscription runs out. It has little to do with the game itself tho, my computer just can't handle the game. The fps isn't really the problem but the ability lag drives me insane, which is probably a bi-product of lousy fps, in this game. Because it sure in *bleep* isn't happening in any other game.
  8. It's too early mate, a month isn't nearly enough time to fix all the problems that can be found in the game. You'd have to put some faith into BW or maybe you're in the majority of players that don't experience any problems. Just enjoy the game or move on. Nobody is forcing you to stay around if you don't like it. But it is a good game and i believe it has such a potential. Then again... i say that about a lot of games.
  9. It's not cheating to run several accounts. BUT the question is what software do you use to do it with. There are some tools that clearly go down the path of cheating and would get you banned in some mmos. Not saying WoW is one of them because they don't seem to care.
  10. Many people consider themselves to be a "hardcore" players because they completed a raid in World of Warcraft or entered the arena. Just... wow.... You have no idea what it really means to be "hardcore", most of you you are just casual players, trust me.
  11. Daoc did the same during the beta and in EU a bit after the release. For some reason they just stopped doing it. But the thing about those events was that they were so unique, no scripted generic boss fight can ever come close to it. But it just doesn't happen in todays mmos because they're too big. You have a ton of servers and players. It only works in a smaller game that only has a handful of servers, like the old school mmos.
  12. You really think this forum reflects *all* players playing swtor?
  13. Please... Releasing the patch before the 20th was just not going to happen. It was just a carrot. You'll experience the update and possibly a lot of bug fixes... *if* you subscribe. Blizzard has done it for such a long time not a shocker to see BW doing the same.
  14. I think it will decrease, but that is purely based on all the "hate" threads and so forth from people trolling. It's impossible to speculate right now. We'll know for sure the 20th January and onwards just by looking on the servers if the game is a success or not. I really doubt we'll see a huge drop tho, the game has it's moments. From that point on it's about pulling more subscribers than people canceling. They really shouldn't have a problem considering it's BW and Star Wars.
