Oh just shut up. People pay up every month for this game. Are you asking them to be FORCED to play by themselves and not be able to do any group content because Bioware hasn't provided any character transfers yet? So unless you are willing to pay for those peoples subs you need to keep quiet. Rift had transfers two months after launch. Tera had transfers on HEAD START so pops can be balanced from day one. This is a 200 million dollar + game created by the biggest RPG powerhouse and a publisher swimming in cash, yet they don't have transfers up this far in?

Why would you lay off the community manager? Second of all, only EA can make an MMO that sells over 2 million copies in a couple of months and has over a million subscribers according to them and not make a killing somehow. ANY OTHER company would be ecstatic to have these sort of numbers but somehow EA overspent so damn much on developing this game and advertising it that they need to let people go. It's management that should be fired. But of course like in any corporation the actual people doing the work are let go and the managers untouched. Now you have less people thus fewer individuals that need to be managed but the same number of managers making big bucks doing nothing but royally screwing over projects. Nice job EA. What Bull.

I enjoyed the atmosphere, story, and game-play. However I couldn't stand the flaky performance and low population. So I am quitting.

I'm not asking them to improve the graphics. I'm asking them to improve the performance so it runs on par to how it looks. Tera looks much better than this game and runs better. TSW is a DX11 MMO that uses all the bells and whistles a modern high end PC game has such as tesselation, volumetric effects, bokeh DoF, parallex Occlusion, soft shadows, etc. and it somehow runs better than ToR even though it's in beta and has a debugger running in the background. So that's what I'm saying. Improve the performance in this game.

A week ago it was fine. But since Diablo 3 came out this game is a ghost town.

Tera had server transfers ready for overcrowded servers the day before release DURING headstart. Because of it the queues on the most popular servers were cut by over half and now every server they have is balanced and has players. How does this massive company not have any server transfers this long after release. Sorry but I can't deal with the population anymore. I'm out. With Tera and Diablo 3 out I'm not going to pay $15 a month to play by myself. At this point the game needs merges not just transfers. Talk about a waste of resources having all these extra servers up. Waste of freaking money that can be better spent elsewhere. Oh well not my problem now. Ever since D3 came out even during prime time the game only has 1 or 2 heavy servers, 6 standard, and the rest are just light. Diablo 3 pretty much killed this game. PS: How is it that Tera has 5x the detail and graphical power of this game yet runs butter smooth and this game looks like it was made in 2008 and runs like a hog.

God, people can't read. That is ONE analyst, note: ANALYST IE: Outside source who SPECULATES One analyst saying they had moved people to help finish SWTOR. As in before the game was out. So many people need to just go back to school instead of play MMO's.

OP needs to go back to elementary school. That's a 10% drop not 25%. Also, I guess being the second biggest MMO is failing? Got it.

So wait...you got an email saying you are eligible for 30 days? How come I didn't get one =( I'm active and was legacy level six a few days before the time was up to get it.

80% of the servers are heavy/full? What? Today 3 were full, two were very heavy, 5 were heavy. Rest were standard and light. Why are you lying. We can get the stats you know.

Yeah I like seeing everything and taking things at a calm pace so I'm only level 44 but I've been here since first day of early access. Pre ordered the very hour it was announced so kind of sucks. I also don't have a recurring sub at the moment because next month seems busy for me but I have game time left so I don't think it's fair if I don't at least qualify for the pet =/ Looks like I have to pay 15 bucks for a month I'll barely be able to play just to qualify for it on the 21st.

I'd like to know this as well. I cancelled my recurring payment but I still have days left and no ban. Will those of us in this position receive it as well? No mail as of yet.

For all those who think it's dying or dead and what not. Just leave. Seriously, according to you all you have cancelled your subs.
