  1. I haven't really played the core combat game in months or been in a raid since probably 2016. What worth investing into a healer or tank?
  2. I only log in for decorating my strong hold and selling or buying on the trade broker. The sole exception are events such as the nightlife event. During events I log in every couple days.
  3. Ya, the Hot Prospect was more edgy, but the the Hot Mess is better!
  4. Perhaps this wouldn't be a problem if lowbies could queue into max level warzones like during the first launch year of swtor. Maybe not for rank queues, but normal queues.
  5. I placed a few personnel on top of furniture and other decorations in my stronghold. The problem is that each time I load into my SH, the game resets the position of the personnel to the ground level, which causes the personnel to be embedded into the decoration or furniture. Is there anyway to fix this?
  6. Not all Zakuul decos are that cheap. The Zakuul water fall wall deco last I checked was selling for 10 million each.
  7. How long before this stronghold goes live? I been thinking of buying the manaan stronghold, but if this new stronghold is around the corner I might as well wait and see if I like it better.
  8. That didn't last long. They spent all that money developing Ilum and didn't bother to test the hero engine.
  9. Ashara is a sacred waifu. That is why. I always found Ashara to be be annoying.
  10. One of the main problems was the hero engine. Ilum was going to be a open world pvp zone, but due to the huge lag caused by the hero engine inability to handle large number of people, the zone was canceled. The hero engine limited swtor to small group content. Another problem was the change in the dynamics of the market. MMORPGs at the start of the decade were on the decline and the market was started to get saturated.
  11. BW said they couldn't add decos due to a technical problem of how decos are coded in the game. However, they are working on resolving this problem and will include decos in future direct sales. There is not date when decos will be added to the direct sale. I'm hoping they can get them working by summer.
  12. There is more competition for customers in video games. Every game that has microtransation has these sales. I'm surprise swtor took so long. In my other mmorpg, the mmorpg has similar sales once or twice a year plus the usual cm/cash shop updates. In LOL, there are specials every new skin release or cash shop update. Similar like mmorpg, Riot has special sales like SWTOR at least once or twice a year where almost everything is on sale. Overwatch is too new, but each major cash shop update comes with special deals. Since OW is focus in esport, Blizzard is trying to sell season passes on twitch. It's all about hustling and selling your virtual wears. There too much competition now. Why drop 10-20 or more dollars on rng boxes when a competitor either direct or indirect is selling skins or virtual goods in a direct to buy without the rng involved? Besides, games are really cheap now. For 40 dollars, I can buy two full games on special sale in steam for 15 dollars plus third game at 20 dollars. There are even super cheap games like Tom Raider for five dollars. A complete game for five dollars. The problem with cheap games is you don't have enough time to play them all and it's a bit annoying learning a new game each and every time. Another problem is the poor console ports like the Lego games or the original Dead Space, really bad pc controls. Yet another problem is when you stop playing a single player for so long you forgot the control set up and the story up to the point that you saved, Witcher 3 . I doubt it most people will put up with the rng boxes once they discover cheap games and direct to buy cash shop games. At least that is the way I see it. Every week you get someone posting a thread in OW, my other mmorpg, LOL, and so forth that the game is dying.
  13. There aren't that many servers anymore. I doubt it BW will ever bring back the cheap transfers.
  14. That is a shame Bluehufsa. I haven't been around in one to two years, so I wouldn't know about the pve scene here. What I do know is that PvP has been ruing pve in mmorpg since vanilla wow. Better to play games like Overwatch, LoL, Dota, TF2, CS, PUBG, and so forth, which are specifically design for pvp. Actually, I can't wait for the new Uprising even and skins on December 10 for Overwatch. PvP in mmorpgs should be a side game, but too often developers try to balance pvp at the cost of pve. How about joining a guild and running ops and flash point with such a guild? Usually, guilds are more accommodating and helpful regardless of the class you play.
  15. Bought some more. Corrupt Flair cause I'm not paying +50 mil for flair that cost 1k cc. A black-black dye cause I love wearing the perfect outfit with a black-black dye. A few unlocks. Bought and change my hair on two characters, probably change the hair style on all of my characters, but it's not a priority. Bought a women basic underwear crate with the credits I made from selling the Reclusive armor on the gtn. Now I have every cm item I wanted in the game for my characters. I wanted to buy the imperator mount and basic women for a long time, but never got around to buying it for purpose of unlocking. All of my basic women trunks were from the certificate rep vendor. The only thing left is buying more black-black dyes and decos.
