  1. Yeah i guess tickets just getting closed and having to wait a week for an automated response is better than in WoW you know where you actually get to talk to a GM who solves your issue instead of telling you to deal with it.
  2. OP you're trying to tell us this game has no performance issues? Warzones and Fleet in no way give you a massive performance hit? The game doesn't have serious memory leaks to the point where it makes it impossible for people to play? Why is it i had to disable the game AF and force 16x AF though CCC after Bioware posted this fix for high end rigs? Why is it people where stuck in Taris for days due to serious performance issues? There are many more performance issues with the game OP, just because you don't experience them doesn't mean no one else does. It's a fact Bioware released a broken game which needed several more months of development but they couldn't delay it any longer due to investors and this being the perfect time to launch.
  3. I really don't understand why people defend this game when it's a complete mess, you laugh at people who say SWTOR is going the same way as every other MMO released over the past couple of years and dismiss them as fan boys of other MMO's but seriously how do you think SWTOR in it's current form isn't going to lose the majority of it's player base? It's riddled with bugs even ones which should of easily been discovered though play testing such as not being able to continue story quests, not being able to use certain titles, quests not displaying markers on maps, the mailing system etc. Also several exploits have been discovered such as /getdown making you invincible and the commendation duplication. The performance issues with the game are what i see as being one of the main factors to SWTOR's downfall and you can't place the blame on AMD/Nvidia for their drivers, the problem lies with the game its self and I obviously can't say where the problem lies exactly within the game apart from one factor being memory leaks. On my PC which has a 6970 and a 1090t @ 4ghz it runs reasonably well apart from in BGs my FPS starts at the usual 60+ and slowly creeps down to around 20-30 and the imperial fleet with the same issue I also ran it on my brothers PC with a 580 and a 2500k @ 4.7ghz with the exact same issue. All of these problems could be bearable if the customer support actually existed never mind be up to the standard of say WoW's in game support, taking days or even weeks to respond to tickets is appalling especially when the response is just an automated message without even attempting to solve the issue.
