  1. My 50 sorc is a pureblood, he started with the deepest red skin option, he is dark V and pale as a ghost with darkened eye rings and sick veins all over. NOT PINK. I'd say your friend either needs to check his graphic options, or update his rig.

  4. Given Europe's historical fascination with overbearing empire's, I don't think you'll ever find a republic server over there.
  5. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but if I remember right from swg, it was a power crystal, a focus crystal (length/blade strength), and a color crystal. Is that about right?
  6. My humble suggestion.... unless you have run the classes through a couple thousand metric simulations and found a drastic disparity between one and the others .... s.t.f.u. about overpowered anything.
  7. Keep trying. Open a ticket and make your first line "Subject: Seesaw" Then post your issue. Then update the ticket each day. It took them a week and a half to return mine, others have gotten it sooner, some as long as three weeks. Just don't let 'em off the hook, and you'll get it back. Good luck.
  8. To update the good news... I deleted and re created a toon and did a test mailing, it worked. Then I mailed 100k to it annnnd.... that worked too! It seems (at least for my set up) that this problem is fixed completely. I hope the rest of you having this issue have similar results!

Here's what you do... go here http://www.rhlschool.com/reading.htm and do the exercises... then come back in a day or five and re-read the thread... or actually read it for the first time.... and you'll notice something.... Spoiler... my complaints to CS here are accurate and use mature concepts to convey my thoughts, my replies to the fail trolls have been dumbed down for your benefit. The fun thing you'll want to consider when pointing fingers is you will have three of your own pointing right back at you. Your "experience" with MMO's has no bearing on the issues or how to resolve them, those who state it in the fashion you have do so for self gratification purposes only. Nice try though. Not that I think they are related at all, but it is funny that I was vocal about the issue and it got resolved.
  10. I really wish you had made this post at the beginning. Less than a day after, my credits have been returned. No luck on the items as I couldn't remember quantities, but as I said they were never really the issue. So THANK YOU CS for fixing this. I would suggest improving communication with your customers throughout the process. It would relieve much of the complaint threads floating around. Feel free to close this thread now.
  11. Nah. Sticking my head in the sand and being satisfied with whatever slaps my backside doesn't work for me. I'll reserve that pleasure for eunuchs and sadists. The thought of simply sitting by and hoping a problem goes away when you can be doing something about it is absurd. As for your suggestion to make tickets and deal with CS.... READ page 1. thanks.   12. You're right. It was a third of what I had at the time, and I have since made a bit more. The principle remains, however, that "money" was taken from me due to no fault of my own... and others have had the same issue acknowledged and rectified. Yes they are few and far between and far more are in the same boat I'm in with going a week or much longer with no response or action taken. That's the issue. Not the credits or the title, or even the wait itself. If they had responded along the lines of " yeah, we have a bug, sorry, we'll get it back to you as soon as we can but it will be a while." , I would've been fine. As it is they have a cut and paste reply to this issue in which the last line reads similar to: "to avoid this issue in the future keep item in you inventory." then they close the ticket with no resolution. So yes, I'll keep it in their face daily until something changes.
