If a person can not get into the game how are they suppose to start a support ticket? That is the reason I need support is my client keeps timing out saying some error about the patch and telling me to try it again?????? Can we please get some resolution to this issue sometime today please?

I was so excited about this game I had quit wow and rift and even let my war account lapse because I thought this would be the one to replace them all....NOT1 This game is so boring I have to force myself to stay logged in for an hour at a time....really boring game period.

The truth is not going stay behind the cloud just like the moon will always come out for all to see eventually. The game is heading down a slippery slope...that is a reality guys. If you care about the game like I do you will start being honest about the issues that people are bringing to light and stop being so blind in your fanaticism that you are not looking at things objectively. If we all start talking about these things as mature adults maybe BioWare will address them and make the changes needed to keep the game going strong. Let's keep hope alive for SWTOR and that starts with being Real like the OP was.

I am having a wonderful time and can't get enough of it..... In fact when I log into the game you love WoW I get extremely bored and have a terrible time ...and can hardly stand it for 10 minutes. I am having a BLAST!!!

UI Customization and Guild Banks...is that really something amazing and new to impress an already frazzled public? The video gave me no hope for the future of this game at all. I am sadly paid for 4 months from now and will stay but, will be happy to move on once the paid amounts are done. They ruined the game for me with having me pay for their extended Beta of this game. BioWare if you want to keep the MMO community you will have to do WAY better then this.

I just wanted to start a thread to state the fact that SWTOR is a great game and though there are so many trolls on here stating otherwise. It is a fantastic game and I enjoy it immensely. I think the game has not barely been out a month and for the time it has been I LOVE it. I hope BioWare keeps making the game better as I am sure it will and hope everyone that leaves maintains some dignity and leave with style not a troll thread. Just wanted to add and say yes if you are quitting enter a customer service ticket about why you are quitting and what you found dissatisfying in the game. Posting a thread for other players to read and maybe sway them to quit is Trolling and hurtful to the game in the long run. That is a TROLL for clarification purposes.

The game failed you because you want and expected it to fail you from the begining like the rest of the wow trolls.

They have made it very clear from the beginning that they are expanding the population capacity of the servers all the time and thus the server loads are going to look light and standard all the time eventually. The game is so not FAIL it is hands down the best and most successful MMO already...so stop the nonsense.

I come here and I see all the trolls fill up the forums with their Drama and ask why? If you do not like the game simply do not sub and move on but, don't come on the forums ruining the experiences for people that are enjoying the game. SWTOR is a great game and hands down one of the best MMO's produced to date. It is in it's infantile stage and has not even been out a month. There are some minor issues and they are working to clear the little things up. Nothing that prevents you from having a great time. The game is not for everyone but, for some of us it is GREAT so again if you are not happy and want your Pandas back by all means show your self to the door but show some dignity on your way out.

Chat is broken and happens at odd times with nothing bringing it on and no way to resolve it...it just clears up after a while. Mainly party,guild ..seems to be affected. MMO's are social games especially party and guild chat..this could be a deal breaker for me.

If you simply right click one time it fixes this immediately when it does occur once on a blue moon...They are aware of it and are working on it.

Party chat is broken has been broken since beta and I think will always be broken for as much interest they are showing in fixing it.
