  1. You are wrong. Premades do want a challenge, and hence most of us were waiting for ranked warzones. Since it's not out, you puggers will have to deal with it. How is implementing a separate queue any different from implementing ranked WZs? They are essentially the same concept which is to separate people who want a challenge and people who don't. And FYI, even if you queue in a group of 4, it's not an instant win. The other 4 PUGs can have 2 total idiots and you'd still lose to an enemy team with 8 players that know how to play.
  2. Healing needed a nerf pre-1.2 but the amount is too big. I'm at 1100++ expertise and I remember DPS at 21+% whilst heal bonus is only 11+%. If you look at this alone, you'd see that to min/max, simply go DPS since you are 100% more efficient at doing your specific throughput (i.e. DPS) than say if you're pure heals. PVP healing bonus from expertise needs a buff, probably to 15-16% levels. The gap is just too big at the moment.

    *** bioware...

You guys must be new to MMOs. Gear will always be part of the equation; if you don't have the time to earn the gear, don't play it since you'll always be undergeared and hence get rolled because of it 99% of the time. Here're some games PvP that is all skill no gear (that you'll probably be trounced in anyway and then complain about how the other party is Korean and spends 12 hours a day playing said game): 1) Starcraft 1/2 2) Warcraft 3 3) Fighting games (Tekken/Street Fighter/King of Fighters)
  4. It's simple. People who group up become more organized, and thus level up in GROUP ABILITY. Forever-alones who keep queuing solo might be skilled or total noobs, but they gain zero experience in GROUP ABILITY. l2p and get in a group
  5. I'm full BM geared and I hate it. Overall DPS is just too high especially sentinels/marauders (overbuffed for sure).
  6. ^ Basically this. Since rateds are not out yet, reduce the prices of WZ consumables ASAP please.
  7. Or it could be just shills. These forums are full of them.
  8. Not the first time it's happened and probably not the last. Remember Ilum patch?
  9. I feel exactly the same way. I got every single piece of gear/valor the hard way (i.e. playing thru **** gear status and getting valor from 2-3 hour ilum runs getting outnumbered by imps in our base) and now it's all down the drain. They should've stuck to the old system of BM gear requiring BM valor and WH gear requiring WH gear. The previous patch made it so easy to get valor most people levelled to 50 and had rank 50 valor on ding.
  10. They need to give us an option to buy mods/enhancements with expertise AND 0 accuracy.
  11. So with the removal of RWZ, we have to get ~85k WZ comms for full WH. This is made worse with the 100% increase in price for WZ medpacs and adrenals. If you have any common sense left Bioware, please reduce the price to 10 comms.
  12. I second this. Doubling the cost of medpacs/wzadrenal is crazy considering we have to get 85k+ WZ comms to get WH gear.
  13. Finally someone who has the same thinking as me SWTOR is essentially in paid beta. I wouldn't call it a scam though. It's a bait-and-switch where they pull out the "it's not final" disclaimer, though it's kinda good to know that Bioware is finally not releasing a half-assed patch for once (I'm jumping the gun here since there's a 90% chance it will STILL be a half-assed patch).
  14. You'd be right if bioware did not promise this thing called RWZs. Sure they can now pull the disclaimer "all content not final until released". By virtue of this, people who subbed purely for RWZs should now be refunded the previous month of subscription. It's called bait-and-switch and it's a frowned-upon business practice. Pulling out the disclaimer after doing a bait-and-switch is a very bad PR move.
