  1. Did you try logging out, logging in another character and then logging back on the first character again? I had trouble getting a speeder I bought once and that fix it for me.

  3. In reality a beam of light could not stop in midair anyway, so having smaller beams come out the side doesn't bug me at all, except for the aesthetics of it. I'm sorry, but it does look kind of stupid, but that's just my opinion. As far as practicality, if a lightsaber was even possible in the first place, I can see how having a guard would be useful in the same way it is useful for real swords.
  4. Thank you. Would be nice if they told you this somewhere in game.
  5. Yes, your Legacy transfers with him, your Strongholds do not. Sorry, bud. That's a shame.
  6. I would like to see a training drone, like the one Obi Wan uses to teach Luke in Episode IV. Just set it somewhere and let it hover there. Or go one step further and make it reactive, so that it shoots harmless beams at you when you walk near it, causing your character to use his/her lightsaber to block it.
  7. I was starting a new character the other day and went into my Collections to get him set up with the basics, a nice suit of armor, a lightsaber, a vehicle, a pet, etc.. I was thinking. It's just a tad more work to do this than it needs to be. I don't have everything in Collections unlocked (I doubt most of us do), so a lot of the pages are just stuff for me to click through trying to find the stuff I do have unlocked. So, this got me to wondering, what if they had a Cartel Closet™, that would only display the Collections you have unlocked? This would make it much quicker to locate the suit of armor/weapon/whatever you're looking for, because you wouldn't have to click through a bunch of locked stuff to get to it. The Collections Closet™ could be set up just like Collections, maybe even be part of that same window, but just made to filter out anything that you don't have unlocked yet. Since BW allows us a way to unlock Collection items for all characters, I would think it would be nice to make those items just a tad more easily retrievable.
  8. I agree completely. I just recently returned to SWTOR and of all the changes that they've made, most of which I like, these are very annoying, especially the Guild Control thing, since you get that whether you are in a Guild or not. I was surprised that these are not adjustable in any way. Where was the QA team on this one? Come on guys. Fix this ****.
  9. That's like saying the first Harry Potter book needs more chapters. I'm not gonna read the other books. That's stupid.
  10. But they didn't advertise it like it was a big thing. They basically just said, "Hey we're going to be on Facebook today giving away some free codes. Come join us if you like." And even if you didn't get a prize there was some pretty fun conversations going on too. It wasn't all just people whinging that they didn't get a code and how BioWare should have done it more like this game or that platform. There was a lot of plain old fun Star Wars talk. I enjoyed it. It's too bad so many missed that part because they only looked for the codes.
  11. Even if I could, I don't think I would ever change SCORPIO's appearance. I mean, come on. She's a shiny chrome dominatrix. How can it get any better than that?
  12. Dude, I wasted time watching that Facebook page all day too and got nothing for it. What did you expect? I mean really. We got the title. We got a free 500 CC gift a week and a half ago. What more do you want? It was the Anniversary for a predecessor game, not this game itself. It was the devs that really deserved the party, not us. I seriously hate to use the term "butthurt", but you're making it really seem appropriate in this case. Move on.
  13. The City of Villains classes were near mirrors of their Hero counterparts (though the Mastermind was far better than its Controller counterpart), but you're right. I did forget about the Kheldians and the Arachnos. Good show! I stand corrected. I agree, it was easier for City of X either way. They didn't have to worry about voice work and companion arcs.
  14. If you mean Incarnates, again those were not actually new classes, but additional power sets that could be added on to existing classes. So, I am still right.
  15. It wasn't a celebration as much a promotion to get the game some visibility online so that those who don't play the game could maybe give it a try. I understand that and so should you if you want this game to continue to grow.
