  1. Satele Shan missing half of the model, Confederacy quest Yavin 4 https://imgur.com/gbaliqs I did a fresh install, updated graphic drivers, its not on my end.
  2. That could be because of the new Materials inventory? From my understanding, the crafting materials go directly into the Materials inventory. Bug: I can't open "Satchel of Crafting Mats (Grade 11). I collected a few of them from my quests/flashpoints, I can't seem to be able to open either of them, right click, left click, both clicks, nothing works. Edit: It turns out the Satchel Grade 11 can only be opened by a level 75 character, at least that's how it was for me. Not sure if its intended or not - since you get them as early as lvl 66 and can't open them - just thought I should post this here, just in case someone runs into the same problem.
  3. Seething Hatred (Masterful) Vengeance Juggernaut Utility is not working for me. As far as my understanding of this Utility goes, the Force Charge should have the cooldown reset upon exiting combat. Right now, nothing happens, all I see is the charge timer continuing when I exit combat. Tested this on Makeb and on the Black Talon flashpoint. Sorry of this was mentioned before
  4. Apologies in advance, as I am not sure it is the right thread to post this question but I am really curious about HK-55 Chapter: Shroud of Memory is this a permanent Cartel Market item? Or does it have time-limited availability? I am asking because I plan to get it next month, but if its time limited I will ask around for some cash quicker. Don't want to lose this chance like I lost the chance to buy Revan's Armor Set (rip.) Thanks!
  5. Also, during my last playthrough I noticed that the issue with taking damage upon dismount seems to be related to the +5% endurance class buffs - in this case Fortification. A character that is not buffed with Fortification or Hunter's Boon will not take damage upon dismount, the companion won't take any action, and therefore the companion healing dialogue will not trigger. Hope this info helps Edit: To sumarize, for the people that want a mostly silent healing companion, at least after each dismount, these are the options available as of latest build: 1. Keep C2-N2 summoned or the imperial counterpart. They have no dialogues for healing and are excellent as silent companions without any investment. 2. Keep the "vanilla healer" companion up, for Republic Trooper is Elara Dorne, for the Sith Warrior is Malavai Quinn, etc. Remember to only have their channeled ability on autocast and the rest turned off. They will still heal after each dismount but their voice lines do not trigger for the channeled healing ability. 3.Do not use any +5% Endurance buff. If the character does not have Fortification or Hunter's Boon, the damage upon dismount event will not trigger, so your healing companion won't trigger a heal. Remember that you can still have Force Valor, Force Might, Lucky Shots or the their imperial counterparts active on your character, but not the +5% Endurance buff as it appears this is the buff that triggers the damage upon dismount event which in turn prompts your companion to speak and heal you.
  6. Also, if this information helps anyone, I noticed different behaviors between the vanilla "Heal" companions and the ones that were "DD/Tanks" in the vanilla game: A default main heal companion (I.E. Tharan Cedrax) will only have a voice line upon dismount for the healing abitilies that have a cooldown, and not for the ability that is a channel. I.E. Tharan Cedrax - Progressive Kolto Scan. In this case, turning off autocast for all the other abilities except Progressive Kolto Scan will not trigger a voice line upon dismount for Tharan Cedrax. I can confirm this for Malavai Quinn as well for the Imp Side. A former "DD/tank"-only companion from the vanilla game does not have the same behavior, and will instead spew out a voice line and an unwanted heal every single time the MC dismounts, including for the channel ability. I can also confirm this for all the former DD/TANK comps from the Vanilla game.
  7. Sorry for the necro, playing this for story and its incredibly annoying to have to hear them every single time they perform a heal, which is 100% of the time when you dismount, even if the main character is full hp. I am actively looking at ways to change the game audio files to delete Qyzen and many others, because it reached a point where I can't keep them as healers. The only "workaround" I found was to keep them as DD or Tanks, that way they don't "heal" the main character on every dismount. And for whoever suggested turning the voice off, unfortunately, that also turns the voice off for everyone else in the cutscenes, so not a good workaround. L.E.: I just tested this, and if you want a completely silent companion you can use C2-N2 (I assume the imp droid has similar behavior). Not the perfect way, but still better than nothing.
  8. I just ran into this, I figured I would post the whole thing, including how I fixed it. I have a sith assasin, so naturally the first time around I skipped all the fights and went right to Vette. When I did that, no troops have spawned around her, so the conversation didn't worked. I logged out next to Vette without resetting anything, and when I came back I started killing everything all the way to Vette, NOT skipping any fights. Some troops were spawned next to her this time, I killed them and the chapter continued.
  9. I took the time to read some of the replies, some people are happy about the changes, others feel that this change takes away the unique way they have been playing this game thus far. To those that are unhappy I have to say - there was nothing unique about your build. You, like so many others, took a hybrid build that tried to take the best talents of multiple trees, in order to gain an edge over the regular player that doesn't do that. Bioware does not want that, they don't want for people to gain unfair advantages by exploiting possibilities left in the system, but rather offer everyone the same arsenal to choose from, and - especially in pvp - let the skill of the player decide the outcome, not that one team has a dps that also has innervate (random example) and the other one does not. I'm sorry if this will ruffle your feathers, but the true test of skill is against others that have the same weapons. Its nothing skillful about dpsing while also healing almost as good as a dedicated healer just because you copied a build that others used before you. The game - at least that's my opinion anyway - was not designed for this, that's why we have choices in the classes we pick, in the specializations that we get, the real skill has to come in how exactly we use the same weapons as everyone else, not about finding that one hidden build that would get us an advantage over normal players. Ending my wall of text for the 1 person that kept reading this far I want to say - this is very good for the new players, it lets them immerse themselves in this game world while also being able to perform a role right away, it gives new as well as old players, a new incentive to perform a harder role, such as tanking or healing because now they can be effective right away, instead of waiting 30 levels to be able to sustain damage or heal under pressure.
  10. I have to say I love this idea, this new change. I'm not usually a big fan of change, but this one offers, beyond everything else truly special about SWTOR - a bit more identity, standing out from the normal talent tree in other mmo's. So thanks again, Bioware, for making amazing games, including this one
  11. Me and some guildies were running a fp when this announcement hit, we wiped like 10 times on simple packs of trash because nobody could focus on the game anymore. All I can say, after my initial reaction, is that we will have to wait and see how the shop is implemented, how will that affect the gameplay. If, for example, they make "pay-to-play" packs that you can buy to get unlimited access to parts of the game - say pay 7$ for unlimited access to wz's, then it will be a good thing, and actually give the players a chance to pay for what they like. My fear however is that the shop will focus on getting unique game-altering items, like new augment kits and so on only available in the shop. Still, even with all of this, just wanted to say " Thank you Bioware for the amazing leveling and story experience " it was a lot fun, hopefully it can stay that way. I had a lot of fun playing this game, its sad that my first post ever is on a thread like this.
