  1. 09/20/2018 Still bugged. Not sure how this thing should be taken…
  2. So... GSF is out of this... and then people argue about why GSF is not so crowded.
  3. Having the option of a constructive confrontation with Devs in the forums is actually part of the "Quality Control" phase of a product's market life. So yes, as long as I pay for the product I expect the Producers will care about my and any other feedback. Or I guess it is better I should say "should expect" as it seems the world rules aren't anymore those founded on honest work.
  4. Yeah... another sad thing. Now let me calculate how much time I need for getting 300... -inputting data--- well... like the majority of people I have a family, a job that lets me (among other things) to pay the SWTOR subscription, I have hobbies and a social life too and I'm not one of the "lucky" guys who can sit still in front of their cpu-machines more then 2 hours per day at best... so... -calculating-calculating-calculating--- well... the answer is: it's better I don't even care about it. (means all the efforts done by the Devs for this thing is wasted time for them and wasted money for me) Mah...
  5. I'm actually really sad. From now on, I know I won't look after any achievement as I did before, 'cause now I know that even those can be resetted/removed. Mah...
  6. So let me see if I got it right: - to partecipate in the event I have to make my 9th(Light Side) and 10th (Dark Side) level-1-run-all-over-again PCs (I guess there will be some different achievements for Light Side and Dark Side so 1 char per faction will be needed to get all the achievements... also I know that there are people around with even 20+ PCs already so I guess I'm a lucky one); - the event will permanently run on those chars, at least until all achievements are met for both Light and Dark Sides or at least until Devs come out with new things regarding the event only (things that will eat up time for minding issues and upgrades for the non-event-world-needs); - as noticed in replies above, mainly this new chars will become the main played for the reasons we all can guess; My final feeling: Naaaaaaaaah... not for me. This is just another try to squeeze from the fruit more juice than what you can reasonably have. I really appreciate the "maximum results with minimum efforts"-philosophy, the problem is that in this "event" I can't find nothing that can be called "result". Peace.
  7. I agree completely. Imo the first thing that clashes is that low-level players don't even have the least character-skill requirements: missing the cc skill, healing options halved at the best, poor defense measures not to tell about buffs/de-buffs available to just 5 levels more advanced ones... So Tactical FPs first need a good tuning up to let those characters to play without getting everyone in deep trouble, a simple bolster doesn't help to come out of things.
  8. I don't know what to think... I'm not really a top-notch-pilot, never even thought to try playing better 'cause the GSF-mini-game doesn't deserve so much imo. Anyway... I Always score 3-4 kills and 1-3 deaths when I'm on my Scouts and Strikers, I know there are several pilots caring more for it that with the same ships easily score x3 kills compared to me. But when I jump in my Gunship and/or Bomber (even in T1s with barely basic upgrades)... poof! I can score 12 kills and 1-3 deaths. And this happens even in the same match, if I switch ships. That's not really skill, it's just equipment I guess.
  9. I'm not blaming pilots. You have the right to space-dust whatever you can keep in your crosshairs long enough. No issues about that. Ever. I'm just astonished and confused in having a match-maker system that builds up teams with on one side 12 vets with 5 available ships each and most likely organized in groups and on the other side solo/new players with barely 2 ships... and the end of this is so predictable... (and just to make things clear: I don't have just 2 ships) This happened so many times already that I don't even think to keep the count. No matter the endings, winning or loosing, what I'm asking is some fun, some action, some nice competition... not matches that end in 2 mins with no hopes even for your more "weak" team-mates to have a chance to pull the trigger. Do I sound really so odd in asking this? Also: I guess those new pilots that in 10 matches get vaporized dozens of times each with no way even to hope something different will probably not have fun and bury the GSF for good once and for all...?
  10. Cross-server queues. hummmm...... Well, I agree: it will for sure grant a wide availability of players and quicker match-startings but... ... have you ever tried a european server? Heck sometimes a team is built up with people not havin' even the same alphabet to communicate -lol- . Anyway, if ever implemented (quite unlikely imo) could be interesting and even funny, who knows?
  11. Well... pal... what I want from GSF is actually just to have some fun. And lately I'm really not getting it, with matches ending 50-to-10 (or even worse) in a matter of 2 minutes, or having the full capturing map in 1 colour in seconds with no chances for the other team whatever they may try... People scoring 12+ kills and others (in both teams) having barely the chanche to press their fwd key... well... This is not fun for me. And that's why (no matter what, conquer points, incetives to gainings...) I'm playing just about 2 or 3 matches per week, barely just to keep the hand on it, waiting for something to be done for this ridicoulous balance nightmare GSF has become.
  12. Ok. Ok. Ok... Nice opinions on my proposals and ty for reading and replying. Now... your proposals? Besides... I think if balance will be considered first in match-maker, this will probably call in new players as well, even if, I understand, may be quite hard in forming a match with the population we deal now.
  13. It's the same for me pal, and I guess it's the same for everyone having a T3 bomber and knowing just a bit how to use it. But it's boring like looking at snails and most likely the majority of what we hit are premades of people just scouting the GSF thing. No fun.
