I'm curious...what is the point of your first question? You are obviously capable of finding the quote on your own, and additional searching would lead you to realize by now that this is the only recent official statement on said topic. Regarding regearing, you can simply pull out and use the same mods assuming you stay in the same dps role, and the recent abundance of adaptive armor makes this point trivial. Players who change raid roles (tank/heal/dps) will have more difficulty since acquiring a whole different set of mods will take more time than just switching armor type.

if you look closely at the exploiter in the purchase window, the parts seem to be highlighted in red as well...not sure if they turn white only when you have all the required parts.

any idea if power is better for DoT specs?

I'm currently a PVE lethality spec trying to decide which of the new relics would be best: 30 sec boost to power or proc damage? If proc damage is the way to go, is kinetic (280 dmg) or internal (210 dmg) better in the long run against bosses? I usually run ops with at least 1 merc and sometimes a jug. Any advice is much appreciated.
