Where do we get the decorations from

in the patch notes for 5.10 it mentioned XP counting towards conquest. How is it calculated I haven't seen it

I have a question about companion romances..do they still happen at influence level 10 or much higher now that it goes up to 50. I have one on my original Sorc of adronikas wanting to marry her but I hadn't played her in years. My BH is supposed to romance Torian but he doesn't want my courting goods
