  1. I’ve played a Vengeance Jugg / Vigilance Guardian for 5 years. Personally I think they've completely ruined the specs. The animations do not even look motion captured, and it's not just ravage the replacement for Vicious Throw is just as bad.... I just do not understand the logic, the Guardian's Blade Barrage looks like they've tried as hard as possible to replicate combat from the new Rebels series (Ezra)... they are either through deliberate vandalism or total incompetence taking a wrecking ball to this game. I’m not even going to take about CXP.
  2. RavagerGate SoR 3.0... Christmas 2014. Rermember that? By the time they patch it, half the entire playerbase was kitted out in endgame BiS NIM raid gear. The incompetence is real...
  3. The removal of Phasewalk for Assassins / Shadows is THE most egregious betrayal and damaging change I have EVER seen made to any class in this game. It's beyond belief.
  4. This is *********** retarded. Beyond stupidity. I'm not going to bang on as to why, because it is plainly obvious to any veteran player with half a marble. The biggest ******* with this change is for those of us with Chars over multiple Servers. I play on EU and NE servers and being able to log into an NA server and selectively grind the **** out of warzones across mulitiple chars at all lvls for comms that are transferable & that allow me to Selectively CHOSE gear I NEED across all Chars, to gear up ASAP is essential. This is the most *********** retarded change they have ever preposed in the game.
  5. Stopped playing SWTOR this month, just can't stomach it any longer. When you PvP / PvE in other MMO's the lag / engine issues SWTOR has screem at you. All those times you raged were actually due to a piss poor game engine that simply cannot cope with the demands put upon it. Re a BDO style SWTOR successor, this IMO would be an absolute win, for the community, for the licence, for Star Wars fans. The game is leaps and bounds superior to SWTOR's Tab Target combat and horrific engine issues. SWTOR IS on borrowed time, and the sooner they pull the plug and offer the community a better product the better. Now, when I say a better product, I'm talking purely about the game in terms of design and implementation, the story driven content of SWTOR is second to non... But it's not enough.

  7. Self-righteous much? A lot of people, who have been supporting this game for a very long time and poured hundreds of dollars into it have very real and justified grievances. Waving cosmetic fluff in front of us and not addressing our conserns about the direction of the game and lack of MMO content development is not toxicity, it is the voice of very passionate players that love this game and are totally dismayed at the direct it is going.
  8. Great, More cosmetic junk to sink money into the cartel market for.... Can you please put these efforts into more playable, working, content. Jesus...
  9. You may all find this article very interesting. Ben... Why don't you have read.
  10. I very rarely post on the forums, but for this I'll make the exception. This 'open letter' is a slap in the face to be honest, and looks to me like a damage control attempt because BW is unsettled by the deluge of negative information and near outrage there is floating around social media concerning the game. And rightly so, because there's a lot of it and they've only themselves to blame. This has been building since January with the push-back of the first chapter instalment and has been snowballing since. Each month players, like me who have been subbed for a long time, are clearing chapter content in 30 minutes that is totally underwhelming, each chapter so easy to clear and so utterly repetitive that you grind your teeth getting though it, whilst watching the game engine buckling under it's own weight. The lag and frame-rate drop in some of this new content is astounding! The chapters are too short, the content is ridiculously easy, and they feel direction-less. To compound this issue you have to grind parts of it across multiple characters because in your infinite wisdom Legacy wide alliance influence is not present. The content does not replay well, because it's so repetitive. This is a core issue, and I think the decision to realise content in these small chunks is nothing more than a cynical mechanism to retain subscribers. The rewards… Lets not even go there. To add to this major issue, you have failed numerous times to deliver on promises. Pushed back content release dates, released content that has not been properly tested. The mind boggles at the debacle that is 4.3. The new warzone cross faction grouping… How could you NOT foresee the games grouping mechanism popping this WZ with more frequency due to the fact teams can be populated at a quicker rate due to it pulling from a larger pool of queuing players?! I mean seriously, do you not have some kind of system in place that could possibly highlight these issues before they present themselves? PvPers have had a bad time, constant Proving Ground WZ pops back to back for hours on end, this on top of the group queue broken. Lets move on to PvE, what can I say that's not already been said… Reworking Operations to new gear tiers is not new content. We've been grinding this **** for years…. The rewards tiers for gear is completely broken and illogical. HM flashpoints are totally irrelevant, SM flashpoints can be use to gear whilst levelling, making crystals (comms) totally redundant even at lower levels. All this before we even get to 50 and access SM operations, which people are clearing with groups of 8 yes 8 fracking Marauders! Or with nothing on except a main and offhand weapon!!! The journey through the game is now disjointed, does not flow and seems confusing. A new players learning curve is now such a mess you're having to teach people how to deal with mechanics with a 'Solo' Daily (that was supposed to be released over a month ago) because people are facerolling content even at low levels. It's madness… The player journey through the game is now an absolute mess. Operations… Well. I'll just leave it there. The game as it is, is direction-less. This guy pretty much sums it up.
  11. Hey folks, We have seen quite a few questions about the rate that the Odessen Proving Grounds are popping in the Warzone queue. We want to let you know that it isn’t a bug that is causing this to happen. As you know, this Warzone allows players on both Factions to be on the same team. One side effect of this is that it is far easier for this Warzone to pop than the others as it only requires 16 players, and not a specific Faction distribution of those players. This has caused you to see more of Odessen than you might expect. Even though it isn’t a bug, the team is looking into options to create a larger spread among the Warzones that pop in the future. I will pass on any further information as I have it. Thanks everyone. Seriously Mr Musco, Please do not insult the communities collective intelligence. we already know this! The question is... What are you going to do about it.. This is a MAJOR issue... Because if it not resolved in good time you are going to see a negative effect on the PvP community beyond what is already evident... -eric
  12. This is a ridiculous idea, people do ranked to compete... You're not competitive without Ranked Gear. No one is going to queue Ranked in 2018 basic gear to only get face-rolled. Ranked PvP is a nonsense simply by the fact that the queue's are not cross-server, and therefore is NOT an accurate representation of the Global Player-base and players skill. Until there is cross server PvP world wide, not region wide, very big difference, ranked PvP is a pointless exercise that is populated by the local server douchbags that are there to do nothing more than gloat, stroke their epeens and troll.
  13. Been following this for few days with some interest. Yes, I will hold my hand up and admit, I am in the guilty camp. I looted Ravagers. Three years subbed. Spotless standing with BW. Never one reprimand or report. Not a scolding, never an abusive action again any fellow player. I good supportive active player. You find yourself in a Guild and the raid leader divulges to a few members, that there is a loophole in an instance in which you can get gear drops. You say “What is this Witchcraft?” And you go and pick up loot, and think... “Damn! OK, **** it. I've pissed millions of credits on repair bills due to broken content. I can't do 1/3 of the expansion due to issues that are driving me insane. **** it.” Then you wait for Tuesday... “Surely they are going to put a stop to this? There's people *********** QUEUING outside the Operation entrance, en-mass!” Nope, they let it go for another week. Then post on the forums about reprimanding players. It honestly feels like 'entrapment'. Those that didn't 'exploit' that are calling for bans are sorely mistaken if they think that it will have any positive effect on this issue what-so-ever. Because quite frankly, the vast majority of those that took advantage are long standing, subscribers with spotless records that got carried away with a means of gearing themselves to attempt new content that they couldn't get their heads around because it was broken! They 'we' are not devious, hacking, game braking, PvP trolling evil doers and not having us in the game is not going to be good for the community at all.
  14. Totally agree. It seems everyone's a critic or some kind of expert eh? Oh how the entitled like to ***** whine and moan. As a KOTOR 1 player at launch 10 years ago, KOTOR 2 and TOR from launch day I can happily say I am very pleased with this expansion, with only a few bug-bears. All the facetrolling ex Hybrid PvP ganking cry babies bleating and blathering on about how BW have broken their game... Well boo f***ing hoo bully you. Now p*** of and go play something else you can later ***** about. LAWL
