  1. Some of the people in this thread remind me of flopping in the NBA. The flopper commits minor, annoying fouls that go unnoticed by the refs in an attempt to bait out the opposing player into fouling too. When they do end up fouling you, you act like you got hit with an 18 wheeler. Like for instance the poster accusing someone of bullying, when they themselves are so toxic on these forums they should change their name to Muk. If the refs (Bioware) would just call some of the minor fouls at the start and give the toxic forum members some temp bans this place would be a lot better. Sorry to see you go maximum ownage hope you enjoy Overwatch.
  2. Hi bioware dev team, It seems you have broken the shutdown timer for warzones. Just now a 3v7 warzone didn't end until 90 seconds after it started and the other day a warzone that started with the timer randomly ended after a couple minutes even though it had back filled by then. Please fix this as republic side ends up with so many matches not filled at start and this just adds to the frustrations of low population.
  3. Why not do free unlimited pvp till level 20 or so. Story doesn't seem to retain many people as most of the new f2p people quit before Taris. Right now the 5 per week cap is terrible as it counts games you backfill and games that end early due to not enough players. Heavily encouraging people to do pvp early on then taking it away might actually give some people who would have left a reason to sub. As for all free players having unlimited pvp, it would probably lead to less overall subs. At the same time, if you aren't going to support the game mode at all basically it seems wrong to charge for it. They probably lost a lot more money by not supporting pvp then they would making it unlimited for all now.
  4. I'm going to have to say you are very wrong about JC population, at least for the Republic. The fleet population during primetime a week or 2 ago was going between 80 and 120 single instance. It was so shocking to see I actually asked in chat if there was some major internet outage in the US that could explain the low population. As for ops, they are very dead depending on which one is in the queue. Pvp is much slower outside of primetime as it seems most who played during off times went to Harbinger or quit. I can't say how Imperial side is, because I don't play there.
  5. You can join Beacon of New Hope. We are in no way a pvp guild, but we do have 4 or so members that will queue up. The positives are you get another chat channel to make fun of Harpal. The downside is people think the guild is called Bacon of New Hope.
  6. I'm pretty sure the 6 piece set bonus is broken for sentinel in pvp. Not sure if it works for the imperial counterpart.
  7. Weird stuff can happen. I have a guild member who can't craft beyond their open inventory size, because he has invisible inventory past the allotted amount causing companions to not mail him overfill items.
  8. I don't care what you do about the set bonus. Stop homogenizing the classes and make this class fun to play again.
  9. If you are going to make fun of a kid in game and proudly post it on forums, at least be able to count to 20 correctly.
  10. I'm not really interested in joining a different guild or probably stack up to the player skill standards it has, but if you are republic side and want someone to heal for you in warzones feel free to whisper me on Csylax.
  11. I know I wont be doing solo ranked this season. I was 9 win 5 loses last season on my watchman/combat sentinel and then there was the post about how Sent/mara were doing great, because they were above 50% in wins. As much as I enjoy the current challenge of the class and spec with the current developer mindset of only using metrics to balance class, I think playing ranked is doing the class more harm then good. Right now for the averagish, below average, and new player playing sentinel well in pvp is essentially impossible. The typical game for an 8v8 seems to be around 10 deaths 400 dps. After getting a consistent amount of these games many players just quit, which impacts the number of players in the que as well as decreasing the number of players who would eventually get to ranked since by BW metrics Knight/Warrior is the most played class in the game. I know people say only balance for the top tier players, but I think BW needs to go back and rebalance sentinel class for all skill levels, or we may be left with no one playing the class. tldr (even though I don't know what tldr means): BW needs to stop bad metrics and play the game. Fix the sentinel class so its rewarding to play for players of all skill levels in pvp. Que times of all types should decrease as playing enjoyment increases. *disclaimer* In no way do I think I am this amazing player and yes I do know other classes have had it worse/as bad for longer.

  13. Well I did a semi test. I had a guild person on their sentinel heal me while hitting the training dummy on my ship and while dueling me. On the dummy we were both healed a little over 1% each tick. Then we dueled. There was a huge difference. Her healing decreased by about 130 hp per tick (she has 0 expertise) while mine decreased by about 50 hp per tick (I have 2018 expertise). So unless I'm really misunderstanding the tooltip no matter the situation I should be getting back the same health. Hopefully this get addressed in 3.1.1
  14. No healing debuff. It is happening every game the whole game. I have taken parse logs of it. As I put more expertise on it seems to close the gap. Now at 2018 expertise I'm healing for 342 with roughly 39,000 hp.
