I haven't seen anything saying it diminishes so don't assume at this point in time imo.

I agree with the response but the answer is Low Endurance, those will have more STR and Power combined than any other mod/enhancement.

Juyo, and use Quinn, you are super OP as is, you need a healer to speed things up not a DPS.

Ok here is the simple stat priority. Crit isn't valuable in Watchman because of Zen, someone said that it is true. STR doesn't diminish anymore in bonus DMG, I am at over 2k STR and still haven't hit a DR. STR gives a small amount of crit in exchange for not giving as much as Power per point, since you aren't stacking crit, with the Smuggler buff you will hit about 28% crit in full BiS. There are enhancements you want to get, Adept give Power/Surge, aim for those after you hit Accuracy cap, you get 1% Accuracy from companions and 3% from Talents, always take the talents because you can't get Power/Surge or STR talents and you want to maximize your points. So given those factors you need four pieces give or take a number or two, to hit the Accuracy 100% level. That means Deft Mods in everything, low endurance, high STR and Power. Then Adept in your enhancements, low endurance high Power and Surge. I am seeing a lot of people being very wrong about Accuracy, if you go below 100% melee, you miss a hell of a lot, check logs if you don't believe me. Stacking crit would only be viable in full BiS from NiM Denova, but again you would sacrifice power so it wouldn't be worth it in my opinion, as always for proof, or more Q&A feel free to PM me here or bug me on my stream, I will have DPS logs open for viewers during Denova so you can see anything you want and ask there.

Never ever ever drop Exp for Power, that is a loss. The way it is calculated for Exp is if you go against someone with 21% bonus damage and they have 20% defense you get 1% bonus damage, Power is negated by Exp so you always want that percentage lead over players. Use STR enhancements because you are never going to want to stack crit unless you are Combat specc'd, STR has a DR on crit but you wont hit it if you never stack crit so always stack STR because you can't get it in your enhancements but you can get power. And yeah exchanging EXP is never worth it so don't.

redBadgers got you started but I think he is misinformed about quite a few things. This Spec takes shorter Interrupts. This Spec takes Slow on Cauterize One of those two is preferred due to what stats you stack, you are going to focus for getting to 100% melee accuracy then stack Power/Surge in everything else you can. Taking the Accuracy talent speeds up this process. Watchman isn't a rotation spec, but priority. You want Overload Saber on CD always, you want Rupture to always be on the target but never apply it if they already have a Rupture, that is wasted Focus. Use Zealous Strike when you are below 6 Focus, Merciless Slash on CD, and use Master Strike whenever it is safe. Slash is to be used when you have nothing else to use, and alternate with building Focus. On any fight with a knockback don't use Force Leap unless you get knocked, it isn't a dps loss that way. Resetting Cauterize is nice but remember not to clip the DoT. Back to stats, you are stacking everything but Crit because of Zen, 100% crit on DoTs, which is a massive CD and gets stronger when you use Power/Surge. I am sorry but some of the spec ideas originally posted are just misinformed. This Point Is where you need to make a choice on what area you want to spend your two points, in a pure PvE build I would go with this, but the two points are all closely PvP related and up to you. Explaining my offspec choices. Our stat priority in this spec is Power, Surge, then Accuracy. Obtaining Accuracy should always be first and foremost, you can get 1% from companions, and 3% from talents, allowing for using Deft Mods, and Adept Enhancements because you will only need four pieces with Accuracy to hit cap. Explaining the rest of my offspec choices is easy after explaining stat priority, increased crit on Force attacks is not for the watchman spec because our bleeds are technically physical or at least the combat log is saying so. Either way crit is unimportant because we aren't stacking it due to our Zen, 100% crit on our bleeds which is our only yellow damage ability makes stacking crit or taking crit talents unimportant. Taking Swift Slash is debatable and still a very good talent but you can see above that I make a good argument for not taking it. Also you place Master Strike too low in the priority system, after 1.2 it is as much damage during a fight as Merciless Slash. Everything else is good information I personally would make some edits and if you would like to compare numbers feel free to PM me or message me on my stream and I will send you my logs over google docs or something.

Yeah 1800-1900 is possible, I will edit this when I find a log from the ops dummy but I have tons on bosses doing that much not in BiS
