  1. OK, found them. Thanks for the assist! Looks like all their gear got stripped and shipped back to me via mail.
  2. OK, I'm finishing up the original Jedi Sage storyline on Corellia, downloaded the latest patch last night (all 8 GBs of it), and then boom, all of my companions disappeared. What happened, and how do I get them back?
  3. Glad I found this thread, albeit three months late. I'm a Level 55 Sith sorc/healer, and am tired of getting blamed for DPS/tank stupidity during Flashpoints/Ops. We can only do so much, and can't help them if they don't help themselves.
  4. A lack of respect, impatience, and coordination, pure and simple. I'm an experienced founding player and my main toon is a 55 Sith sorc/healer. I've done plenty of flashpoints over the past two years, but lately, I've gotten so frustrated that I'm giving up on group finder PUGs and will just run with guildies or friends. It seems that in every other flash point, there is a mad rush to get through it, with DPS and tanks usually running off and leaving the healers behind while they regenerate force points, getting themselves killed, and then blaming the healers for their own impatience and stupidity. Also during battles, they scatter without regard of where their healer has positioned himself or herself, or ignore line of sight concerns or force point levels, and when they get killed, of course the poor healer gets blamed. Apparently, the healer is supposed to herd cats during battles and heal everyone simultaneously, no matter where the other players are located, or what the healer's status is during the fights. And it goes without saying that the DPS and tanks need to critique their own gear, since having a good healer around is not a silver bullet for having low stat equipment. I've had enough abuse, and so the group finders will have to do without one less healer for now on.
  5. My Republic toons (and those of a couple of my pards) are in previously active guild that has suddenly gone leaderless and mostly inactive, with the founding guild master and the bulk of the original members disappearing over the summer. We're currently stuck at low-level member status and have no way in which to take it over and revive it. The automatic guild leadership transfer system is not working as it should, and is only shuffling leadership status around to other inactive, higher-ranking players. We really don't want to abandon this guild since its bank and tabs are already paid for and includes some significant credits that we can't withdraw. Consequently, the SWTOR Devs should consider adding a Guild Usurp function, similar to WoWs, so that we can replace the long-absent guild leadership and get it going again. Thanks!
  6. I would definitely resubmit a ticket with the screenshot. CS rep Alan/K5-e2 chatted with me this morning and restored all of my lost collection missions to where I was before the reset. He was real nice about it. However, from other similar comments from above, it seems as if one of the other CS reps who has been answering HK-51 tickets is either overly anal about it, or else just lazy. I'd keep at it.
  7. Update: This morning Customer Service Droid K5-e2, aka Alan, caught me online with CS chat. He noted the problem, and then proceeded to complete the lost missions for me at lightning speed from his computer and brought me back up to where I was before the patch. Problem fixed in under 10 minutes. Thanks Alan! You're awesome!
  8. I dunno---that's what you said in your post above, item #3.
  9. So they're going through and playing each character who has submitted a ticket to get them up to where they were before the reset???? Wow. Just wow. How many is THAT? Also, I was just talking to a couple of folks on general chat at fleet, (who were trying to round up groups for False Emperor and Foundry) and they said that they submitted tickets as Eric had directed, but then that CS replied that there was nothing that could be done about it--too bad. Either somebody didn't get the memo, or else some of the guys answering the HK-51 tickets are lazy bums who don't care about the people who pay their salaries.. So which is it, Eric and Amber?
  10. My ticket remains open, and so I'm still holding my breath after 48 hours. Edit: So how come no more posts from either Eric or Amber on this thread about what they're doing to fix the problem. I know that they're watching because of this: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?p=6770085#edit6770085 Amber says that they are communicating on this thread, but Eric has not responded in over three days.
  11. OK, I just checked again and my ticket has been logged and is open. I had an earlier "WTH?" post on the Customer Support board and an admin bot just responded, telling me to submit a ticket and directing me back here. So hopefully, they are working this issue today and will get everything back to us soon. Keeping my fingers crossed...
  12. Hmmmm..I submitted my ticket but it is not showing on my ticket list. Also, Live Help Chat is no longer working. O.K., Eric, what else do you have?
  13. Ticket submitted. I hope that this means that someone is taking this issue very seriously and an appropriate remedy offered very soon.
  14. That's a bunch of bullcrap! It takes hours to do all the scanning and to organize groups for the two ops. I was working on it for a full week, and had all 7 parts, and had finished the False Emperor flashpoint with my guildies. I've been upgrading my gear to make a run on the Foundry this weekend, but now, that's all been wiped away and I have to start over? Yeah, it's a BIG FRIGGIN DEAL!!!!!!
  15. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! I spent HOURS last week doing those quests and gathering the parts, and now you're saying "TOO BAD?" That is low class and shoddy customer service. I want some kind of remedy for this, even if it means simply handing over a complete HK-51 to those of us who got screwed. What kind of shop are you operating down in Austin anyway?
