not sure why it didnt work, i tried it yesterday and the game fixed its self. have you tried to reinstall.

On both my jedi and sith story, i will pick 1 2 or 3 and it will just freeze on their face i have logged in and out, closed the game and restarted do i need to do something else? any help would be great thanks.
