  1. There is no reason this ability should have a heat cost. Mercenaries are not the best healers and have far too many problems in PvP and other game-modes.
  2. Can you make Afterburner's add a knockback when using "Rail Shot" instead of rocket punch? (We like to use Rail Shot.) Can you make Kolto Vents Restore 1% Health every second forever. (Sort of Passive Regeneration, like Canderous Ordo had in KOTOR 1.) The Talent is pretty worthless as is. Or make it add a 10% snare for every heat signature on the target. Can you make Power Barrier reduce damage of Periodic Effects by 5% Every Stack. (25% Max.) this will help us against Marauders.
  3. Sort of like cover, but instead of helping against ranged damage, it helps against Melee Damage.
  4. Teams of stunlocking operatives killed my dog and I quit the game because of them, please nerf them!
  5. Austin Peckenpaugh, Senior Designer: In 1.3, we're making some balance and quality of life adjustments. The highlights include tanking survivability and threat generation, with an emphasis on getting all tanks on the same target, particularly where AOE threat is concerned; Mercenary/Commando DPS improvements; Sniper/Gunslinger Marksmanship/Sharpshooter tree improvements; and some visual improvements to a few slow abilities and abilities that still aren't quite mirrored cross-faction (including Shock and Project).
  6. Grapple has the same cooldown as your defensive cooldowns, and it puts you at full resolve.... LOL
  7. No good Powertech should ever touch the unload spell, Rapid Shots is same damage/can proc Pyro's Burn. Death From Above sucks now, Its range makes it useless/the ammo cost is too much to what little damage it has, Its mostly used to prevent people from capping.
  8. Not really overpowered, considering it does alot less damage then most channaled abilities. If it locked/stunned the target in place like Force Choke, it would be way OP, but you would still have to follow people around. AP deserves something special, and I don't think it should be tied to stacks either.
  9. Something to lower its heat cost/cooldown? I think that would be much more appropriate then Unload. Muzzle Fluting: Additionally Lowers the Cast Time of Fusion Missile by 0.5. Riddle: Lowers the heat cost of Fusion Missile by 33% (down from 24 to 16.) Barrage: Doing what it does, but to Fusion Missile instead of Unload. Pinning Fire: Adds a Snare to Fusion Missile's DOT. This would me more proper, Arsenal is about missilesmissilesmissiles!
