Here is my concern about f2p,
eventually an exec at EA or BIO is going to want to test how players react to say a weapon that gets put in the "market" that you can buy with real money that is the best in game to see how players react; they have nothing to lose by doing this. Especially if they think that 40% of players will be f2pers. If it were my business and I was in it solely for the money that is what I would do. It makes business sense: I would imagine that the person that is making the money decisions has no real interest in the game other then maximizing his profits.
The content not available to unsubers will slowly start to dwindle in order to keep the f2pers interested. Seems they would have to offer more for them in order to keep them
Let me know your thoughts is this model a precursor for pay to win? I would say yes
