  1. same story here, game is unplayable..not just peak times for me though its getting orse and worse and expanding to different parts of the day. I too go through the san jose level3 server, ive gone to their facebook and let them no my displeasure but since i am not a level3 customer they dont really care and actually stated that. EA is a level 3 customer but doesnt want to contact level3 and get this resolved... Level3 is the 2nd largest fiber network IN THE WORLD they have the resources to fix this but they dont. Bioware and EA's complete lack of empathy for its customers is disgusting..corporate america strikes again and shotty customer service spreads like the plague. This is the first mmo i ever played and i fell in love with the game, its a shame i wont be re subbing because my sub expires soon and this doesnt look like its even been acknowledged, Even a response like, "We are aware of the problem and are investigating avenues to fix this" Would make alot of people feel better rather then just making us sulk in the money we wasted on a product we really like.
