  1. I dont see why this isn't possible. I mean, take off his armor, load it in augment table, run through the proces, add an augment and equip it again to your companion.
  2. Normally, I dont corss-play. I am a male, and I behave as a male. So having to play a female (rp wise or not) doesnt make sense to me, cause I cant .. hwo do you say this .. imagine how a female would act in certain situations. Thus I stick with males, especially when it comes to RP. All my 3 imps are male. The only reason why I have a female trooper character, however, next to all my male toons, is the voice of Jennifer Hale. Her voice is legendary and I had to hear it as I worked myself through that storyline. . Sorry, had to say it.
  3. As above stated, the Plaguis story is really good. It fills alot of blanks into the movies, like where Darth Maul comes from or how indeed Sidious rises to power. Myself, I love the clone wars era, so I got my hands on the complete Republic Commando series (Hard Contact, Tripple Zero, True Colors, Order 66) and the Imperial Commando (follow up on Order 66). Karen Traviss really wrote those well, but due to a conflict with LucasArts or DelRey publishers (forgot which one), she stopped writting for them (tad sad, cause there was a 6th book in the making, and I love to see how the story would end up) Next to that, the series introduces us to the Jedi that are never mentioned in the movies, such as Bardan Jusik, Arigilan Zey and Etain Tur-Mukan and how their feelings are towards the Jedi themselves. Another serie i recommend is the MedStar novels. There are 2 of them. They are about the Trial of Bariss Offee, a padawan in the time of the Clone Wars (she made an appearance in the AofC movie in the Geonosis Arena) .. It tells the story from her being as a Jedi Healer on Drongar, between the people there. I found these two books fascinating cause not only it explains her path, but you get introduced in how sociaty reacts on Jedi, be it healer or jedi minder.
  4. I hate the fact that the neo-crusader armor is not in game for the bounty hunter. I mean, There are a couple of NPC who wear something simular to that ... ... and I think they should add it, cause the present gear is not really what I hoped for. It looks all alike jango / bobba's, while a true Mandalorian wears a neo crusader armor. I would dance and do whoop if they were adding that to the game content.
  5. Aye, excactly, I created my own one in PHP, which reads this serverstatus page, and I am willing to share the code with the people here, but I am not sure if its allowed.
  6. I have to admit that SWG and SWTOR cannot be compared to each other cause I think they are completely different MMO's from each other. There are things I miss in SWTOR, that I had in SWG, and vice vers, for instance, player housing (with decoration) and a player towns, which made the scenery in every server deifferent. The random generated spawns for quests was a great feature, although you bassically did the same quest over and over, you always had to go to a diifferent spot, plus you could make sure quests / mission were in the same direction. The Themeparks were great fun, even if some of them were bugged, but it had a fun questline), and even to get to a certain thing (like correllian destoryer runs) you had to get items plus the quest was time limited. I loved the questline for the Katarn Armor (my favorite armor anyway) on Naboo. Now my thing was really space, because I was mining constantly or fighting in deep space for control (bria was a tat dead on that part, but I had fun playing on Starsider with an alt). I wish Bioware came up with a sandbox idea, so you had to fly manually to a planet, and you could do everything in space, like mining, missions on the fly and just have fun. So fi they could fix that, I would be happy already, and prefer to be flying in space and mine, rather then quest. on the surface
  7. Depends, the legacy set comes with a decent looking helmet, but further all, i always hide it. Truth is that the higher you get, the 'better looking' your gear becomes
  8. At the end of chapter one in the bounty hunter story is a good one that made me crack up really bad.
  9. Chissname: Chal'azru'sarthi Corename: Laz'rus
  10. Is a server tracker against the rules? As in having a script running on the site to check for information that is posted on the main site? The rules state: Attempt to interfere with, hack into or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service. However, this information comes from the website. Is it then allowed?
  11. I think i rate myself as "League 1" I like end game content alot, but I am not die hard raiding, nor I have to play end game all the time ... That said, I have 3 characters to look after, I would get borred if I have to play end content with all 3 of them in 1 week. I rotate arround with characters, to keep it intresting for me.
  12. Trick is when he does his pistol sweep, make sure you take the agro of him, instead of your tank companion (I asume Kaliyo), Trick is when he does his bounce field (where you can knocked off from) is to put Kaliyo on passive. She will return at your side, not attacking, If you attack the boss, the agro will transfer to you, and you will be the target for the sweeping blasters. This way it targets you, and you can easily avoid it by walking arround him, since its a fixed position he is doing the sweep on. Then simply let Kaliyo attack again, taking the agro off you. Rinse and repeat, It's doable, but it requires some understanding from each other at your level.
  13. I can confirm that for Quesh you need to be 33 to enter, meaning taking in account you do just your class quest, you should be 34/35 when you finnish CH2 if you get boosted.
  14. One of the reasons I refuse to play flashpoints in a pug is what you described up there. I always go with guildies, cause I leveled through the pvp system to 50 as healer. PVP healing and PVE healing are very different things, and I noticed the nerfs since 1.2 on my bountyhunter healer, cause its about control of your heat. As mentioned above. Chose people you know and you are comfterable with to heal. If you have a guild, ask people there, and explain them you are trying to learn it all. I always mention as well that I am from origine a PVP healer, so that they have to expect a few deaths, because I am simply dont have the right gear for it. (PVP end game healer gear is stacked with endurance and expertise, and less with aim, making my heals less powerfull in PVE healing) Trying to get Columi gear is now my new objective. So yea, its handy to know the people you play with, and dont get discouraged over raging kids who all want to have the highest output. Cause in the end, they will all vannish, while you keep on going. I think healers are the most valued people out there, and we should all cherish them. Its a mechanic that all people need to learn, and you are a coil in that mechanic, so are they.
  15. +1 I agree... These people are just yipping and whining. Obvious, they never played an MMORPG before with an interactive environment. Keep it up bioware, I love every second of this event!
