People complained all over during beta that the lekku stuck through the hoods, looked bad and "broke immersion". BW probably removed hoods for Twi'lek because of this.

Look in your Codex description of her and it will tell you the kinds of things she likes, and what kind of personality she has. Use that to figure out how to answer things. And then buy her lots of gifts.

1) They used to have a "Match armor color to chest" option, but took it out. The explanation is in a blog post from the section above the forum links. There is no other option for matching gear appearance. 2) No, you can't put the stats of one piece of gear onto another. You can pick gear by looks or by stats.

Early evidence seems to indicate a rush to: 1) Empire over Republic and 2) Force users over non-Force users. This will probably even out over time. Which is good, because Troopers, BHs, IAs and Smugglers are fun, too.

I think we've found your problem.

I played a Trooper Vanguard in beta for a while and you could definitely tank from behind everyone else. A lot (even a majority) of your mobs are going to be ranged, so you don't have to be right on them to tank them. You just have to get their aggro, and it doesn't matter where you stand to do that.

I can think of 2 things: 1) in the upper right hand corner of the screen do you have a gold box that says "Pending Reward" ? if so, you completed the quest and just did not get the reward in your inventory. Click it and all should be good. 2) Some quests can be reset. Open your quest log, select the quest in question and look for the Reset button. If it is not grayed out, you can reset the quest. However, you will have to do the quest over and then come back to get the reward. Also, if the quest is part of a chain of quests, you will have to do the whole chain over if you reset it. So be aware of this when you chose to reset.

I think the Enhancement Station on Hutta is an artifact from a previous build. There should be a lore object right next to it, to tell you about enhancement in general. But you don't need stations anymore.

In the last beta build (I think) , if you tried to queue on a "full" server there were 2 things that could happen. 1) the server was just "mostly full", in which case you could get in right away 2) the server was completely full and there was a queue to get in. The average wait time was displayed on the population bar for the server on the select server screen. that could be your hint to try a different one I have not gotten in yet for EGA, so I don't know if this is still the case. I assume something similar exists, at least.

I played an IA Operative in beta, specced into the Lethality Tree. This is a hybrid ranged/melee spec. Your primary weapon is the blaster rifle, then you move in with the knife. When knife skills are on cool-down, there are some point-blank blaster skills you can use, or step back a little for more blaster attacks. You also have grenades and poison darts, plus several stuns/CCs, to round things out. Operatives specced into Concealment use knives more, and are primarily a melee class.
