Similar issue different companions. Here is my video of it. Spoiler content because of who attacks me on my Sith Inquisitor.

So trying to do this not spoilery... but went to go see the two companions you get at the end of the flashpoint finishing the current story in my alliance base on my Sith Inquisitor and both of them became hostile and are attacking me... so right now watching the female one of them go in an endless duel with T7 (both of them are constantly dodging eachothers attacks).... even stuck it and they are still trying to kill eachother. Any suggestions? Released and ran back... and they are still fighting eachother in my headquarters. And here is a video of it

Directly from patch notes Returning Companions will now appear on player ships. My question is where? Am on my ship right now and I don't see any of them on there. This character is completely up to date and is about ready to start onslaught. So where are my companions on my ship? Is just me HK and Treek.

So talking with our new pall Paxton and he seems to be quite the voice changer. During part of his conversations when you pick: I need to know more about what you can do for me before I make a decision. He starts off like normal and then goes to a female voice that glitches (Kira I think), repeats five times then goes back to what he was saying. I know he is a man of many talents but I think Kira would not be too thrilled about a Male Twi'lek pirate withe the ability to over ride her voice locks on things

Looking at my smuggler at her notes on Quinn say that "Quinn reunited with you on Iokath, but you chose to go your separate ways." All I can say is, damn my Smuggler has some good contacts lol

My knight technically would have never gotten him in the first place. She sided with the Republic on Iokath. But Quinn is still in my companion list. His note says he joined and did not join, is fun times.

I got this letter from my Jedi Knight after she rejoined the Republic on Ossus by mistake, but figured someone might want to see it. This is the letter that Quinn sends you as a Republic toon if you sided with the Empire on Iokath. My Knight did not, but she did impatience terminal him. Quinn Appology

Glad you liked, actually that is my Inquisitor, she was the only one that was far enough in the story and was the one I was not afraid of messing anything major up on since she had no affected romances by doing this. If you want names of the pieces used in the outfit let me know can help you out

Only did it on my Inquisitor, not touching it on anyone else until it is patched.

Completed the Ossus quest on my inquisitor. Still shows all of my class companions with exceptions for Khem Val in both sections as companions and unavailable companions. Am able to summon all of those. Koth is still in the unsummonable spot by Darth Marr. Never killed him, never pissed him off and never kicked him from the alliance...(even though it was tempting... but my Inquisitor is just a stand up kind of gal) So Koth is still MIA.
