I didn't even get the full update. It got to about half done and just stopped. Restarted the game a few times. Restarted my computer. Checked my settings. Nothing. The new launcher broke my game. I still had a few days left on my subscription too. Bummer. It was fun while it lasted. Maybe I'll try again in another six years.

You will find the exact same problem on most games with RP servers. Until the companies actually enforce the RP rules, which you will never see this company do, then it's what you will have to deal with. RP with people that like to RP, ignore the rest.

I was thinking the same thing, except as a way to stay away from him and his special self. Since I know he's on Harbinger, I know not to play on that server. Thanks for telling us where the shark infested waters are OP.

Actually, you could probably switch the numbers for heals and tanks. I'm almost positive more people would roll a healer before a tank. Tanks require a lot of responsibility. A lot of attention. Most people that are just casually playing a video game don't care to take on that responsibility. Heals do as well, but not to the degree that tanks do. For six years in WoW, I played a healer almost exclusively. I also tanked some. I don't in this game, but only because I play this game solo mostly. The reason I don't care to roll a healer or tank here is because most people are ungrateful little wastes that think they know more about how to play your way than you do. I can't tell you how many good tanks left a group because the DPS wanted them to play their way. When I tanked, I tanked at my pace, my way. Because I am methodical in my approach to tanking. If they didn't like it, they could leave. If they were dumb enough to kick me, I just pop another quick queue. I love when people think kicking a tank or healer actually hurts them.

I like that I can hide the chat box and play solo without missing out on anything game-breaking or important. This is the best free single player game out there, in my opinion. I do subscribe, though. Just in case I get a wild hair to actually not hide chat and do things with other people.

Because people keep buying them. The majority of people that play this game have shown that they prefer that over a polished, quality gaming experience. As long as people keep throwing tons of money at the Cartel Market, that's where the company will keep sinking their resources. Bug fixes? Not a priority. There are no instant wads of cash to be made from bug fixes. Improving game mechanics? Same deal. I'm sure you can see where this is going.

I just find it amusing that you say you are very much against addons when everything you listed here except maybe #6 is supplied exclusively by addons in that other game. Not even that game, which is infinitely more polished than this one, has any of these features. Realistically I don't see this game implementing any of those things. Which is cool, I can still heal effectively without them. They are just QOL suggestions. Good ones, though.

Addons? Pass. Macros? Nah. Maybe better raid frames. Yeah, that's what I would like. Some way to be able to see peoples' health without having to squint at my 27" monitor.

I would use the same principal I use for whether I like summer or winter. In the winter, I can bundle up from the cold. In the summer, you can get completely naked and never cool off. I'll take the ice planet. Skiing is fun.

I support them fixing major issues before they start bringing in more broken features. I am all for some mini games though, just not until the fix the actual game.

Depends on how many coins they charge for it. They could even charge 20 bucks worth of coins for it and I'll bet people will still buy it. Lucky for me I will have that many CC for free bey the time they do release it on the CM.

No one is required to do anything they don't want to do. That's it. Nothing more. Personally, I am going to wait until it can be bought on the CM. Yes, I am aware that they said they wouldn't offer it on the CM, but I don't believe them. They have given countless reasons for this lack of faith. I give it less than a month before it hits the CM.
