  1. Yep, you can transfer off for 1000cc That's why this whole process has been a complete waste of time. Billions of credits have been moved here by players whose sole reason is to look for bargains. I think this economy is going to equalise with other servers before the three months is up.
  2. I'm doing well just selling crafted items. The market is going insane at the moment all the Armor sets and mounts are currently listed for insane prices, Nobody's paying 50 million for anything on this server when you can get the same item for 20 million on US servers. I think it's gonna be months before this server settles down.
  3. To be honest, I'm absolutely not surprised this is happening, because we're not talking about 15 million limit We're talking about a 230mil disposable income on a tourist server. People are transferring over 16 alts With 15 mil each for the purpose of looking to make a quick buck to transfer back or Unload stock. And the returning players who actually want to play on this server didn't get free transfers. The server's empty because People who got the free transfers only need to log in once a week to check the Market. I am selling crafted items at exactly the same price I was selling them on SS This tells me people are very comfortable with how many credits they have for their day to day use..
  4. That is exactly what I'm doing. I had enough to move three tunes over, and we'll unlock or earn the rest. First of all you're one of the few players I recognise that I've actually seen in game! It's a ghost town yet There are five pages of 10 to 15 million credit mounts.. The problem we have is not the 15 million credit limit It's the 16 free transfers to people who are not making this server there forever home. Being able to transfer 200 plus million to a use on a server along with God knows how many other mounts and other stuff and not actually "needing" to sell the items to play the game is the problem I'm listing gold mounts for anywhere between five to 10 million and I've sold about four in that price range at least two seem to have been relisted for much higher prices. for my items If they don't sell, I won't be dropping the price because I don't need to sell them They're all mounts I don't actually have unlocked I'll use them myself that's their value to me I'm making a constant Income from crafted items. I think what's happening is we are seeing market-Players taking the opportunity of this new server to try and move a massive backlog of items. 16 free transfers just added a extra market for them to list banks full of items. It is in the best interest of the credit farmers to keep the market as unrealistic as possible to ensure there is a high enough demand for what they're selling In the real world. It's interesting to see crafted items, especially ones that require reputation to unlock are selling as consistently and for roughly the same price as they do on US servers. But yet the "Returning APAC players" have either chosen not to continue playing due to the ridiculous time or real world cost requirement of moving, Whether it be waiting for CC to move like myself or others or looking at their options and not even reinstalling the game, because there's no reason to They're not getting free transfers.. I still think the only chance this server has is for them to offer free transfers to all returning APAC players with a subscriber history giving people a reason to reinstall to move their current characters is just like a puppy dog sale, Once they log in again, there's a much greater chance they will resubscribe. At the end of week one there is next to nobody actually playing the game on SV I'm questing on three different characters in different stages of story and have been lucky to see one other player in any zone I enter. They will blame the lack of interest the lack of actual players and anything else for this extremely underpopulated server. Broadsword will not take blame and admit they were wrong in every scenario. I think it's going to take quite a few months to see how many actual APAC players end up playing on SV I'm having to play on two servers to unlock as many coins as I can to move. I'm not going to be able to get involved in guilds, raiding and other Social parts of the game until I've been able to properly move. With the very few players I've actually encountered, I have been surprised that the players are from other countries like Singapore The players I've spoken to in Singapore are able to get a sub-100 ping so The potential available player base is way higher than I realised. In the Singapore, Malaysia region and surrounding areas on the same connexion to Australia has a population of about 80 to 100 million..
  5. When I transferred my first character, it was there before I could click on the history button in less than three seconds.. That was a 12-year-old character that had a 100 per cent full inventory and bank. The next two I transferred took about five seconds. It's simply moving a file automatically That would be under 100 megabytes. There is zero cost in this process. It's one 100% a cash cow. I've helped run servers for Star Wars Galaxies and even characters there with all their houses and thousands and thousands of items were under 50mb each.
  6. I'm talking about things I've actually sold on SV this Not just the current listed prices I can't craft fast enough I've sold mounts for millions higher than I paid for them on SS maybe people are comparing prices on other servers to take the items back? I've made more credits than I will be leaving behind in three days I don't believe it will settle down until the free transfers run out And by then there will be so many credits on this server it will be no different to any other.
  7. The apology is appreciated. I do not expect every Australian player to get free transfers, But I do think giving every APAC player transfers would be a good thing for the server. In my personal opinion, BS Just don't seem to be looking at the big picture for what's best for the server. Countless people complained about the 2 million credit limit and it was changed. If you don't speak up it won't change you can't blame people for asking. I personally think offering 16 free transfers to non APAC players was a mistake as I doubt many outside of the region are gonna make it their full-time home, I feel it's a tourist destination at best based on ping. But I'm not gonna argue with anybody who disagrees with my opinion. If you want to move all your characters over because you prefer playing with Australians or playing On a server that has a higher population at certain times That's your choice. I just personally couldn't do anything past basic storyline stuff on international servers. Having everybody get all those free transfers Just means I've got more credits on SV now and only transferred three characters (That's all the CC I had).. People are paying more for things on SV than I paid on SS earlier in the week when I brought them over lol. It's hilarious that in the first week market prices are higher than on U S servers lol and this includes crafted items like dyes. As somebody who was moved off Australian servers I'm disappointed I didn't get the opportunity for free transfers And I think it's a fair and reasonable request and why I put a complaint in with the ACCC that players who were moved do get free transfers back. I cannot speak for others as I'm not in their situation, I will support and try and understand their fight. It's important to support others in our community respectfully with compassion for their situation. For every upset player here, there are multiple who haven't posted on the forums and will just stop subscribing and that's bad for the game. I will be moving all of my characters using my monthly allowance as they have given us three months at 500cr. I'll leave one low-level character on SS just so I'm not deleting all the credits and items I've had to leave behind.
  8. I did not say you shouldn't have a say, I just said it Your opinion now makes sense based on where you're located and how it affects you. Can you show me where I said that you couldn't have a say? Or were you just trying to twist things around so people feel sorry for you?
  9. When attempting to solve a problem like this the very first thing you need to do is gather as much information as possible. I understand that people are frustrated But as you can see from Bar-Da-Voya's Post there is a very real connexion to the problem between the hardware and account status. their definitely seems to be a lot of integrated graphics connected to this issue Including on board and built into CPU graphics. I have spent over 15 years running technical support for a graph card and chipset company, So I definitely understand the need for information in this situation. When your system starts the game for the first time, after connecting It may actually swap between an integrated and discreet graphics cards, Subscribers and preferred accounts Both have access to extra toolbars and other options. that may be affecting the login process. More information they have, the more chance they have at fixing it, And solving this problem may not be a simple fix. Here’s a step-by-step guide for someone to provide their system information, including details about their graphics card, on a Windows PC: Open System Information: Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog. Type “msinfo32” and press Enter. The System Information window will open. Copy information By dragging the mouse from the bottom of the information and selecting it all and pressing ctrl and C together. Locate Graphics Card Information: In the left pane, expand Components. Click on Display. Look for the “Adapter Description” in the right pane. This will display the name of your graphics card (e.g., NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti). Copy information By dragging the mouse from the bottom of the information and selecting it all and pressing ctrl and C together. Additional Graphics Card Details: To find more detailed information about your graphics card, you can also: Click on “Device Manager” in the left pane. Expand the “Display adapters” section to see the specific graphics card model (e.g., NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080). Right-click on the graphics card and select “Properties” to view additional details like the driver version and hardware IDs. Alternative Method (Command Prompt): Open the Command Prompt (search for it in the Start menu). Type the following command and press Enter: wmic path win32_videocontroller get caption This will display the name of your graphics card. If you have a working connexion on one device and a non working on another device providing both will be extremely helpful. So let's all work together to provide them as much information as possible to ensure it is solved as quickly as possible.
  10. Unlike the rest of us, you have a choice of playable servers that are lag free. So, your opinion makes a whole lot more sense now.
  11. Serious question. are you an Australian or are you affected by this in any way?
  12. I was referring to his two-day comments designed to belittle the argument we're making Obviously new players who only recently created an account for the first time have no need for sixteen free Transfers.
  13. thanks that's a good workaround. they need to fix it! Do they not beta test patches anymore?
  14. I'm also having to painfully drag and drop them out of my inventory to delete them as you can't sell them It's bag filler at its worst! Why didn't they add a basic credit value So you didn't have to use a broken system to delete them.? Some of us have no interest in collecting thousands of different generic appearances. I have no problem with people who like this loot but there needs to be options for people who are not interested to be able to dispose of it quickly.
  15. I haven't heard anybody suggest that and it's. easy for them to track who was transferred as all that data is still listed on my Transfer history page.
