can i PLEASE get some help? something is seriously wrong with my game. ive been getting the black screen since the last patch and never got any info on how to fix it. so i tried reinstalling the game and now it keeps telling me the server is unavailable. the site says the servers are up, and theres nothing wrong with my internet so none of this is making any sense. PLEASE someone help me out!!!

hey guys i could use some major help. after i patched the game yesterday and tried to launch, it got stuck on a black screen and i was unable to do anything and had to hard reset my computer just to go back to my home screen. and it still does this everytime i launch the game, is there any way to fix this or should i just reinstall the whole thing?
