If you want to kill him a good time is when the servers go down for maintenance on a Tuesday morning GMT when they come back up he will have spawned, but he doesn't drop anything of use when you can level this area in about four hours so this level 8 world champion mob is essentially useless content. i've killed him a few times he drop's the blue bracers & gloves for the Korriban blue set, as well as some greens (not in the same drop)

Because that blue was a trash dorp. But as far as commendations go, you could run the group finer tool to get commendations 5 per run just do a few of them if you want the commendations? also if you find it hard to get group finer groups is because there arnt many player being healers i found this out when using the group finder on my Juggernaut i was waiting for about 30 minuets on my mercenary 5 minuets tops. But other than that i think i got 30-40 Dromund Kaas commendations from leveling their on my Juggernaut so if you wanted the items from black talon for looks them you could get them at the end of Dromund Kaas and mod them out for the levels to go. And yes i do think maybe they should add a vendor to buy the story mode flashpoint armor. (only story mode though).

They would have said if they removed anything wouldn't they? and the mass effect elevator glitch is kinda completely different in the fact that if you restart (turn off and back on) then its fixed you can do that in this case. and yes this flashpoint maybe out dated but never the less its still content and should be given the same level (or at least some) of detail? On another note i found the some "replacement" legs on both the imps and pubs fleet (imps in the kass comms vendor and the pubs is the taris comms vendor they both has give legs for the five sets the both the Black talon and The Esseles drop. now i say replacement loosely as i haven't seen any post/patch notes to indicate that that are replacement but they are are the right level range and as far as the helms go apparently they dropped in beta but don't now so i haven't got a clue whats happen to them i didn't play in beta i played when the game came out last year.

I agree it's got to be a simple fix? it really can't be that hard to fix the problem of why certain items aren't dropping, To be honest its lazy Bioware. You would think that they would make the lower level content for NEW players work correct so that these players are enjoying the game t further play the game. simple logic right?

you've got to be joking?!? its almost been a year since release and this isn't fixed. hmm? right ok. and BioWare wants more people to play there game? i know its low level content but never the less it's content and should be given updates fixes just like any other flashpoint or operations.

I've been looking around and by the sounds of it i think the helm isn't even a drop although i have seen post of people saying they got it bearing that in mind i only saw two people say they got it, and I've seen about five post saying they got their class legs so i'm going to go out on a limb and say that they are truly random.

Has this bug been fixed yet? because i couldn't fine any post/patch for it

I personally think that this mob's spawn timer should be reduced as its current time is very very long. ):

This mob is a level 8 "rare" champion boss mob that spawns on Korriban. and he has a 24+ hour spawn To be honest I think this is a silly spawn time for this boss especially as its on one of the first planets. Now I'm not asking for a really quick 20 minuet spawn time I'm thinking more like 2-4 hours would be more fitting for such a boss mob at this early on in the game as you could encounter him at between level 7-9. Keeping in mind that yes its a champion boss mob and yes they are meant to be hard to come by but a 12+ hour spawn time on one of the first champion boss mob that you would encounter.

He is called "Fallen Jedi Vald Insop" and he's a level 8 Champion mob that drops blues for low levels. And I'm sure there is a Republic counterpart but I haven't looked for it or done any research in to it. If you are looking for a counterpart for the Jedi Knight and/or Jedi Consular I would look for Champion mobs on Tython.

He is still in live game, I killed him this morning when the servers reset.

Yes, but once and this was due to the server being down for maintenance and they get reset along with all spawn timer. I going to say that his spawn time is going to be between 8-12 hours as I've been waiting for him for over 5 hours and he hasn't spawned. I'm going to still keep an eye out for him between now and 1AM (BST) witch will be 12 hours since i killed him this morning at 1PM. Either his spawn time is broken OR he has one long spawn time. I'm going to request a ticket about this and see where that gets me. But I have done a ticket before asking them what his spawn time actually is and they replayed with something along the lines "We want players to explore the game for themselves" which is understandable. And I'll edit in any more information acquire.

He's a champion mob level 8 and he "guard's" a datacron on Korriban in Tomb of Tulak Hord, The Ruined Artium. But I've only seen him once and that was this morning when the servers be came available again after this morning maintenance. He has a 4+ hour spawn at least I was waiting for him for at least 4 hours. I would like to know the actual spawn time to see what this guy drops.
