Just to point this out, a friend of mine didn't get an e-mail and he's able to play right now. Only solid way to know is by loading up your launcher and checking if the play button is active.

Age doesn't matter dude, only the order you typed in your code. I entered mine on the 27th of July and I'm not in now. I am hoping for tomorrow though.

I think it's more likely to be when you created your account.
