Starting to think bug. This sucks. EDIT: Went back to Garza, promoted Dorne, got a missions to Tatooine. No dice. Yep... unless anyone has any alterntive theories, I'm chalking this down to a bug. And I already put a week into this character god dammit...

So I've just started chapter 2, and I have over 6k affection with Elara. She hasn't offered any new missions though - the last one was just after Nar Shadaa, where she recruited her brother. So what's the deal? Is this a bug, or do I need to go back to Coruscant and talk to Garza to really begin the 2nd chapter, or do I need to do that one Aric Jorgan mission on Nar Shadaa that I've been putting off, or what?

Gut's animation is not in any way indicative of how the ability is described. It should be wolverine claws.

The same reason Sentinels and Marauders single wield in cutscenes, Troopers, Mercenaries, and Gunslingers all use a single pistol in cutscenes. Because which would be weirder: If an Operative just walks up to an enemy, or if a Sniper stealths up?

You have about 3 conversations when you start Tatooine, another 4-ish when you finish chapter one, another 4-ish when you finish chapter 2, and 2 when you finish chapter 3. There. There it is. Can we please stop asking these questions now?

So... High Energy Cell aside, what about leveling as Tactics...?

I'm an efficiency nut, so the idea that I may be doing something inefficiently leveling as tactics keeps me up nights. Anyway, I noticed that nobody really talks about Tactics much here, and leveling has been getting trickier, so I wanted to know if I should respec or if this is just the game getting harder. I'm level 25, leveling with Elara, as tactics, using High Energy Cell.

This is why you PVP in TOR. Because when something like this happens, it makes it all worth it.
