    There will never be balance between different group compositions. Certain teams will have the advantage over other teams. That is not a valid reason to call a particular specc overpowered. The reason why people even consider it is because it is a good specc vs melee teams - and everyone plays melee teams because they are the easiest way to play. Take a ranged team and u wont have those problems, or figur out a composition to counter the ones giving you trouble. THAT is how arena works - the composition will always be very important, if u nerf that spec another one will emerge - ppl will alwas find ways to counter what is most popular. Also there is a reason why ppl dont play full tanks in arenas - its not alot of fun. You run around chasing targets while trying to be useful - the tank speccs all rely on being actually hit by something but no one will focus a tank in arenas unlike in warzones - they are bad for arenas outside the help the healer survive functionality
  2. Ye 3 commandos / operatives kill 1 guy 3 smashers kill 5 - clearly that is comparable. Especially with so many choke points in current warzones that make spreading out hard if u dont play with a very coordinated group.

    Is this a joke? Every *********** piece has 50 Accuracy on it? You cant even replace and improve ur gear anymore because there is NO ITEM with an enhancement that doesnt have accuary on it ......

    it shows that they let ppl resubb for a patch and then cancel a feature out ppl resubbed for right before they release the patch impressive money making skills
  5. i couldnt care less what u demand me and my guild we are looking forward to rated warzones ALOT and i want it to be a good experience and i want it to be BALANCED and not a melee zerg fest which the current metagame indicates we are running a fight club with 4v4 / 8v8 on TOFN and there is only 1 or 2 teams that have 1 ranged class also tunnelvisioning a ranged class results in the ranged class not doing ANY dmg at all its like playing with 1 guy less while a melee class actually can continue to dps Hard casting ranged classes in a game with so many interrupts = melee game atleast when u play with ppl who actually know what they are doing and tbh im not saying increase damage of ranged i am saying give ranged a little bit more UPTIME for doing damage
  6. Considering the facts that u designed ranged classes as turrets that have to hard cast and give melees better defensive cds and a lot of gap closers. How can u make a statement like the performance of all classes is good and equal ( considering u also nerf the wrong ones like commando in 1.2 ) Must be a coincidence that even in my guild the ranged classes level melee alts now, not because ranged classes are that weak in PUGs, but because they r NO FUN. And as soon as u get rated pvp tunnelvision the ranged casters to victory. How can u give melee classes superior defensive cds, AOE damage AND multiple gap closers is beyond my understanding
  7. there hasnt been any other mmo that has so many interrupts, cc and knockbacks while requiring healers to hardcast in no other game healing is a ****** and not fun as in this, and they keep on coming with the nerfs only viable pvp healer is gonna be operative because he uses mainly instants and can MOVE with the fight while healing
  8. Why are u guys trying so hard to make all classes bad, instead of asking for buffs for the weaker classes? U want every class to be as dumb and bad like operative dps?

  10. Doing high damage and killing alot of ppl is NOT the same and does NOT mean u kill more people. Especially when pvp groups have 2+ healers. Gunslingers can pull out 700k with their aoe in warzones and still kill less ppl than a dps spec guardian short version: tanks should be able to do damage to some extent otherwise why would u play them? its some of the pure dps classes that clearly are lacking atm ( sentinel being the only really decent one with high dps AND some good survivability cds )
  11. u rly think all classes should be nerfed down to the level of operatives or dps commandos? or maybe give those classes some utility besides doing damage so they are a viable choice... this is a game the obvious solution is to make EVERY class FUN and not nerf the ones that actually are to the level of the ****** ones
  12. Why exactly does everyone here think that damage numbers mean anything? Standing there dying less in tank specc obviously results in less downtime and thus more damage. Doesnt mean u actually killed anything. U can sit there and spam damage on a healer resulting in high numbers. Or u can have a voidstar standoff a the doors where classes with aoe damage pull ahead. In the end its about killing stuff and tapping objectives.. Other speccs like vanguard have the same burst tankability and utility like shadows just guardian that is bad. Buff the other specs to be more viable instead of nerfing balanced ones. And btw the reason why most shadows play tank isnt because its op its cuz all other options are bad
  13. none of the ppl crying here has seen all the changes there is a **** ton of stuff that for whatever reason is not in the patchnotes, and its extremly funny that some kids think they know more than the devs when we dont even have a combat log or any other way to measure how good or bad abilities are --> making decisions based on metrics > making decisions because u got pwnd in a warzone prime example: every sage in my guild actually agrees that the nerfs are necessary because they outshine any healer in pve and do absurd aoe dmg in pvp due to a bug that got fixed while all sorcerer in this forum cry like there is no tomorrow that they r useless ur feedback is an illusion no game dev balances cuz ppl cry too much they use statistics - if that is good or bad is up for debate but pls dont think they give a **** about what some ppl post in here
  14. appearently the average noob in this forums has big troubles reading - ( patchnotes being subject to change, change to diminishing return mechanics for stats, buffs for certain ability modifiers that are not in the patch notes, and a dev statement that with all the mechnical buffs the nerfs will balance out ) congratz for your analytic skills
