  1. Its not all zerg plenty of solo roaming, the map is huge.
  2. I have 0 interest in playing it, was just wondering what other servers were like pop wise.
  3. Im in one of the biggest guilds on my server, and i am always checking to see if anyone is actually playing this, and other than 1 guy, who is constantly trying to get other people to play with him, there really is nobody that plays regularly at all. I qued the other day, waited 15 mins, then said screw it, ground pvp never seems to take longer than a few mins. When it first came out a lota people were trying it out, but became bored very quickly, has it all ready reached its peak in a few months?
  4. Its to technical and they dont have the resources to fix that dam red text, kinda like the excuse for everything else they cant do. CANT is a very popular word for them.
  5. Maybe there gonna give it another try? http://www.mmorpg.com/newsroom.cfm/read/29821/Our-Next-Game-is-Dedicated-to-You.html
  6. Thats the problem with the mindless drones that defend this game, they always like to say WOW this WOW that, as if a 2004 game should be compared like you said 2012 game, im sure, i just find it bizzare that people seem to expect less in a product that is newer, like cross server warzones, if you want a AAA mmo to make money, you need to have the things people expect to have right at the start, Rift is older than tor, but yet they managed to get cross server wz in the first year, its been 2 years in tor and for some reason these tards are incapable of doing it. I actually for the most part like this game, but its all the little things like not being able to choose what WZ's i wanna play in that drive me crazy.
  7. You have always been able to choose what warzone you wanted in WOW, unless you were doing randoms for honor, you obviously never played it, otherwise you would have know that. Lol it took 8 years, if your gonna make a wow comparison bash post at least have a clue what your talking about.

    6 Rules of PVP

https://www.therepopulation.com/index.php/game-features/pvp-overview This game might have some promise.
  10. Anyone else have this bug, when ever i level up at the end of a match in GS, i keep having two abilties reset and have to retrain them every time, charged burst and sabotage charge, it resets them to the lowest rank everytime.
  11. Spamfritter Today , 03:26 PM | #4 Quote The control scheme is horrendously bad. It's basically what you get in the on rails solo space missions with out the training wheels. Movement along the axis is different and shouldn't be, and your fixed guns act like turrets with your cursor for targeting having a dead zone where it doesn't effect the movement of the ship and then once you reach a certain point, the ship lumbers to where your cursor was pointed. Arrow /. WASD movement is independent of the weapons (which are again not actually turrets despite behaving as such) but given that you can move the ship either way you have potentially opposing controls for steering the ship. And cursor based movement gives the ship an unresponsive dead zone of zero movement. But again these dead zones are different in the Z and Y axis. For some reason rather than give people X-Wing / TIE Fighter style missions and PvP (which is what we wanted) BioWare decided to reinvent the control system and it's counter intuitive. This is like all the turret sections of the game that PUG groups can't figure out (such as Kaon) because the controls just aren't what you'd expect or think they should be. CE VIP I copied this from a post on the pts, basically what i feared wonky controls, i smell another major flop in the works.
  12. This is like dejavu, i remember just a few years ago having this exact same argument on the rift forums, back when rift first came out they had server clusters, of 3-4 different servers, i was on a server that continually got crushed warzone after warzone, it really sucked for a while, until they went to a full cross server system, once that came about, we actually were able to start winning, so it was more fun, but the people that were on the dominating server clusters were saying the same crap about rivalrys and compettion, of course they liked the way things were, they were smashing every one else. Any ways once they did go to cross server the que times went from 15-20 mins to under 1 min, and the communitty as whole liked it a lot better, My point is for pvp population to be healthy you need it to be attractive for every one, some people say they rather wait for an hour for a que than go to cross server, well some of us have jobs, and sitting in feet all day waiting for pops is not feasible, and not fun.
  13. You are full of crap, i played wow during the conversion to cross server, i never heard one person say omg this is ruining rivalries, its not like you couldnt go fight your worst enemy in owpvp, people that are normally against cross server pvp are those people who currently dominate on there own single server, and the thought of fighting a bigger pool of players SCARES them, because now Tommy might not be as good as he thinks he is, with more competition.
  14. Really sick of morons saying pvp was just made for a side game here is a quote from Gabe So territorial control, battle of Ilum is the first one we’re showing, and we’re working on future ones and more. Now, like I was saying, open world PvP, PvP servers, various different hotspots, Hoth, Tatooine, etc. Players can go fight, they can earn rewards in all those different areas, all different planets, 11 different planets, 11 different areas, earn Mercenary commendation, Warzone commendations. Together they get you the PvP gear. Now of course Warzones for Warzones and Mercenary for open world stuff, if you’re a fan of one more than the other, you can exchange them to get those gears. Ya sounds like just a after thought, LOL
