  1. most CM unlocks go to the inventory of the character claiming them as a token to be used to apply to the account
  2. @GreyestJedi dxdiag shows more then just what you listed So your using a intel video card ? if so paste the client_setting file , the issue maybe textures are too high as these cards are below the minimum game requirements , CPU is below the 2.0Ghz requirement as well generally In these cases gfx cant be set to higher then high, if set higher game can fail to load Key lines to adjust would be TextureQuality = 1 GraphicsQuality = 1

  7. @Hollow_Stone My understanding is all eligible accounts have been granted 30 days, you can submit a ticket and ask, but your account must of been deemed ineligible otherwise it would of been granted already

English line will be open on Monday, french and german lines are closed due to a bank holiday, if the transaction is marked as closed in the swtor account , call or submit a ticket to check support will be fully back on Tuesday if you keep having issues with one particular payment method, maybe best to use another, maybe use paypal or similar is best can suggest

Marked as rejected could also be that the information is wrong for example i would remove and re-add the card initially in both the swtor account and linked ea account the email used on the linked ea account should be found on the purchase history page in your swtor account this email can be different to the email used on the swtor account

  13. what about if you go to another server say in the US after DM kicks you ? same thing ?
  14. was working ok previously ? reboot the router/modem and remove and re-add exceptions for launcher.exe to the antivirus and firewall firstup
  15. i would check your antivirus and firewall firstup , it could explain the launcher issues and the no server list no server list can also occur if a compatibility mismatch exists between launcher.exe and swtor.exe have you tried installing the steam version to see if the same thing occurs ?
