  1. Can't remember which game it was, a F2P iirc. Anyway, its method of faction balancing in that situation was to allow players to invite other players onto the faction if it was full.
  2. With that said, does anyone know of a way to get one yet Republic side? o3o Seen a few Imperial people with them in their 40s-50s but as of yet I've not seen a single Republic player with one.
  3. Splicing was always about the gathering nodes anyway, pre-nerf. Even before the nerf I gained minimal profit off of missions and instead made most of my money from it (I hit 40 with about 500k credits) by gathering the boxes in the world. Selling the gathering missions you find are a nice boost too - at least on my server they sell from anywhere between 1-10k credits depending on the ones I get.
  4. This. Assassins/Shadows do just as much damage while having a metric crap ton of CC, so do Snipers/Gunslingers who do even more damage whilst having more CC too. Lets not forget the Troopers/Bounty Hunters who have as much damage whilst simultaneously being very tanky or healy WITH CC as well. So... why don't Sentinels and Marauders have CC, anyone?
  5. Needs WoW feature #123581: AoE shouldn't hit people flagged for PvP if you aren't, it stops people intentionally eating AoE to flag you - or you accidentally hitting them and getting flagged.
  6. The minimum level to join PvP should be the level sprint is available. Its really that simple.
  7. Agreed on all points, its a matter of quality of life in the game, a lot of this would solve headaches that a lot of players have to deal with when playing.
  8. We are Damage Meters We are Metrics We do not forgive We do not forget Expect us
  9. Huttball is awesome, unlike Voidstar. As with marmite though, its a love or hate choice. At least it isn't 2flag CTF with infinitely long turtle games.
  10. This would be lovely. I've recently been airing my disappointment to friends that only the Inquisitor/Consular classes can actually enjoy the social equipment as actual armour - I'm sure its well within Bioware's abilities to make the armour match your class' core armour type.
  11. A lot of Alignment gear drops from relevant level mobs, I suggest checking DarthHater for what players have logged until mod support comes in and TORHead can update properly.
  12. Hmm, might do the same depending on my pals choice of Crew Skills. Or just get slicing on another character I don't plan to craft on.
  13. Scavenging and Underworld trading do provide the materials. I'm just wondering how much I'll lose out by not having Slicing is all.
  14. Just wanting to clarify before I start investing too heavily into my crew skills. Slicing states it can provide rare crafting plans for Cybertech, how critical would it be to not take Slicing if I were to take Cybertech? Knowing that if I do, I'll miss out on one of the other professions required to get materials. In fact, would it be better to skip it and try to gain the recipes through the market off of other players or rather take it and then get the materials I'll miss from elsewhere?
