Mods level 23 are available through mission support vendors. I see lots of people wanting to sell lvl 27 mods for astronomical credits. I have artifice at level 400 and besides the crystal schematics, I cant find where to get the schematics for higher level mods than 22. Where can someone acquire armor mods for instance, that are above level 23? Either by purchasing or buying?
